   I’m in loveeeeee!!! Everything was perfect, it was my first time going there and let me tell yall 11/10!! The only thing was the wait for our drinks but it’s okay because the drinks were AMAZING! The servers were so nice, and the food was so good! Definitely worth it, we are going to come back agaiiiiin!!

   Salad bar was decimated. Service was slow and disorganized. Side dishes turned up at the end of the meal. Overall not good

   We have dined a number of times at this Fogo and while the food was very good, the service seemed off considerably compared to past visits. We had a 5pm reservation and while we were promptly seated we found the "market table" underwhelming as many of the items that usually are present were missing and the staff scrambling to get the "table" resupplied. One would expect that given that it was the beginning of the evening seating, the "table" would have been fully stocked. Our server was also inconsistent when it came to checking in and maintaining the basics like keeping our water glasses full. It appeared that there were a significant number of new staff and managers on duty as they were scrambling around the dining room attempting to set tables for incoming guests and also directing the staff to maintain the "market table". The biggest snafu we experienced was after finishing our dining, waiting for our check to be processed. We paid the bill after presenting a gift card. After waiting for the server to return (approx. 15minutes) with the card and slip, we realized he had charged our card more than the bill we were presented. We then patently waited another 20 minutes for him to return so we could rectify the problem, however he wasn't surfacing so another server offered to help correct the problem. He took our gift card along with the invoice to have it corrected. Our original server then returned with the new corrected bill, but did not have our card which still had more than $150.00 in value. We asked for him to provide us with an updated invoice that showed the balance on our card. He left to find our card and then returned with a manager who had a flashlight as they could locate our gift card. We informed the manager that another server had taken the card. He went to locate that person and finally returned with the card and the corrected invoice. We ended up sitting for one hour as all of this unfolded.

   Food was ok, went for the Picanha but it was dry The service was the slowest I ever had. Value…. Because the picanha was dry it wasn’t worth the cost.

   Service was very slow and bad for what you pay for the meal. They didn't have several of their signature drinks or wine and tried to upset more expensive ones.

   Long wait between service. Overcrowded. Salad bar options are very limited compared to other Brazilian steakhouse. For a “white tablecloth” restaurant, I expected better. Much better.

    Meat was not good and in most cases - what was looking better -servers were passing by our table even with “green” chip and when we were waving hand.
