                                                                                                                                                    This was my first time at this Boston location and the food was not good. The service was okay. I recalled a server leaned and put their hand on my coat to balance themself. While this was harmless, I did not want my personal items touched. Also, the way the cutters were serving the food made the food feel like poor quality. One time it was cut and fell on the tablecloth. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I felt so bad for taking my nephew here.

                                                                                                                                                    Keep in mind this was NYE but we had poor service, we had to wait & constantly flag down waiters for meat. It was like they were not prepared for as many people as there were. The noise level was of course high, lots of children running around. Also our table was in a spot where people kept walking by & bumping my husband’s chair. It was not a good ambiance or experience. I would not come back on a busy night.

It also took more than 20 minutes to get the check. They seemed severely understaffed for a holiday weekend. Having been to Fogo’s fantastic DC location, the Boston version pales in comparison but is every bit as expensive. Don’t bother.

                                                                                                                                                    I've been to Fogo de Chao in Arizona, two in California, one in Nevada, this location was by far the worst. Tables too close together, food was substandard, meat was fatty and it was so loud, you couldn't hear what the carvers were offering. Had to ask for sides and wasn't offered refills on drinks. I'd skip this location.

This year felt really off. The service was very slow and when the meat servers did come around a few of them quickly walked past our table. We had to request our drinks several times.
