Food is good and atmosphere is good too. Second time I've had to sit for 25 minutes before getting first meat service. Had to complain first. Service not impressive. Servers also seem to be in rush always...almost running into me while being led to my table. Holding hot meat and large carving knives and rushing through seated guests is hardly a smart thing to do. Saw numerous staff do that. Service can certainly be better. Pay attention to your staff. Doesn't have to take 25 minute for first meat service.

We had a 7:15 pm reservation and we were ask to wait until they found a table for us. There was standing room only where we were in a crowd of other people waiting. We waiting for over an hour before we were finally seated. It was my son’s birthday so we were late to the event after dinner due to having to be seating an hour after our reservation time. The food was good however we were rushed to leave after only being at the table 45 minutes. In the end, it was not the service expected for a $400 dinner.

I usually come here and have a great time, but I tried their Wagyu and Wine event and it was terrible. Horrible customer service, confusion, and burned or undercooked portions. I had to chase someone down for just water and he told me that he would bring some to the table and continued to just stand there talking to his coworkers. I usually love this place and the event was recommended by a manager from the Fogo de Chao, but tonight left a bad taste in my mouth literally. The food was disgusting. I'll probably never come here again.

It was way over priced for the food we received. The gentleman who served the 🍖 was very nice but we did not received the food what was advertised.. The salad bar was great. Our server had not much to do, only 4 other table. It was Monday at 4 pm. He did not one refilled our water. Sadly another server noticed we got dry. The ambient was beautiful. Food was fresh but not what we expected in other Brazilian steakhouse

This was my first time visiting this restaurant in the U.S., and it was truly a wonderful experience! I had been to a similar restaurant in Dubai before, but this visit exceeded my expectations. We were celebrating a birthday, and everything was perfect. The meat was incredibly juicy and flavorful, with a great variety - beef, lamb, pork, chicken…all served fresh and delicious. The appetizers, included in the price, offered a fantastic selection of salads, cold cuts, fish, and fruits. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. A special thanks to the new manager, who checked in with us throughout the evening and made us feel so welcomed. If you’re looking for amazing food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. Thank you to the team for making our celebration unforgettable!
