This experience was excellent, but our reservations the night prior were a nightmare. We had 6:45 reservations and stood around in a jam packed entry way for 45 minutes before going across the parking lot to Habit. I finally got the text notification our table was ready at 8:30

The buffet had a huge selection, the wait staff was delightful, the experience was overall good. The sauces were average though.

It seems as thought the organization at the front desk could be better here. We had reservations at 8pm and didn’t get sat until after 9pm. We first arrived at 7:45 to check in and was told there was “no way to know” how long the wait would be. We waited until 8:30 to ask for an update and the host told us they were working on reservations from 7:15-7:30. At this point we had to continue to wait because we were worried if we tried to go somewhere else the wait times would be just as long and we would essentially start our waiting all over again. Once we sat down though the food was great! The meat was coming out incredibly fast and our server was excellent! She was extremely cheery and answered all our questions about the food that we were eating. The teamwork between the servers was also great, as our drinks were never empty and someone was always close by if we ever needed anything. All in all, the dinner was great once we were able to sit down. It just seemed like having a reservation was pointless and they should have a better way to give accurate lead times for customers.

Ond of the worse experience I ever had, they Overbooked the place, it took 1 hour after our reservation time to seat, the chief of the hostess was rude, was yelling to everyone, and making scenes with customers, the service was very slow and not eficient.

Overpacked! Meat came out under cooked as they were trying to serve a restaurant that was way overcooked. There were a number of conventions in town and when it was this crowded, the experience was terrible.
