   While waiting 30 minutes for our 8:30 reservation, a waiter brought by cheese bread and bacon wrapped teak. They also had a larger waiting area with a leather sofa to sit. The service was good. It was my first time.

   Unorganized. Bathroom disgusting and no toilet paper. Not worth the money. One of the waiters because we had such a terrible table hit me with his cheeseboard from behind in my head.

   Busy Christmas Day dinner. Understandably loud and busy. Staff did ok, but very slow at times. Food was passable but better Brazilian grills around.

   We had a great time at Fogo de Chao - the service was great and the food was amazing. We were unable to give a higher rating because, due to what I assume was an error on the part of management or the booking system used, we waited an hour to be seated despite having a reservation. Other than the waiting, we enjoyed a lovely evening.

   Very bad experience. Ruined the christmas mood. The reservations weren’t honored. We waited for an hour just to be seated. Very greedy management. The place looked like a bar because of the line of people waiting. Smells of cigarette inside. The food was not even that good. Not worth the money. The servers doesnt even understand what you want. Overall, if I can put zero stars I’d do it..

   Disappointing Experience – Never Again! We have visited Fogo de Chão a few times in the past and had good experiences, both privately and for business occasions. However, this time was an absolute disaster and ruined our Christmas evening. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait an unbelievable two hours in the completely overcrowded lobby before being seated. The restaurant seemed completely overbooked and overwhelmed – no apology, no sense of service. Instead of a relaxed evening, we were met with chaos and frustration. This restaurant is definitely no longer an option for business occasions, and we won’t be visiting it privately again either. An experience to avoid, especially on special occasions.

    Siamo arrivati 20 minuti in anticipo e seduti 40 minuti dopo l’orario. attesa tutti accalcati. Le sagre di paese sono meglio organizzate. E visto quello che spendi a cena, dovrebbe essere meglio l’accoglienza
