   Very bad experience. Ruined the christmas mood. The reservations weren’t honored. We waited for an hour just to be seated. Very greedy management. The place looked like a bar because of the line of people waiting. Smells of cigarette inside. The food was not even that good. Not worth the money. The servers doesnt even understand what you want. Overall, if I can put zero stars I’d do it..

   Disappointing Experience – Never Again! We have visited Fogo de Chão a few times in the past and had good experiences, both privately and for business occasions. However, this time was an absolute disaster and ruined our Christmas evening. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait an unbelievable two hours in the completely overcrowded lobby before being seated. The restaurant seemed completely overbooked and overwhelmed – no apology, no sense of service. Instead of a relaxed evening, we were met with chaos and frustration. This restaurant is definitely no longer an option for business occasions, and we won’t be visiting it privately again either. An experience to avoid, especially on special occasions.

   Siamo arrivati 20 minuti in anticipo e seduti 40 minuti dopo l’orario. attesa tutti accalcati. Le sagre di paese sono meglio organizzate. E visto quello che spendi a cena, dovrebbe essere meglio l’accoglienza

   Food, atmosphere, and service was great but the fact that we had to wait 45 mins to get seated in the middle of a crowd of people was horrible! They shouldn’t have accepted our reservation instead. We all suffered coz we couldn’t go elsewhere to eat, staff had to shout names out repeatedly one by one. Also the glass handed to us for our drinks were dirty.

   Stay away on Christmas Eve! it was chaos during dinner time. They clearly overbooked and, although I had reservation and I was on time, I waited with my family for one hour and a half. It was ridiculous! There were about 80 people standing and waiting as well. So it was not a brief waiting time as they described. Extremely disappointed! Service and food at the restaurant itself were good, but the management team should review their procedure for special occasions like Christmas Eve.

   cold to say the least. tucked away in back of the restaurant but yet still a literal breeze. food was on par with what we expected and the service was good. overall 4/5

   I have been in many fogo do chao around the globe, this is the first time in which I didn’t felt welcome, let me start with my arrival, me and family were sitted in a very dark and cold place on which we wait around 20 min to start being served; we were moved later to a better spot pace but the lady that was attending us was not kind at all, I also received a 350 bill when I still was eating and to finish I asked an espresso for me and wife and they brought a long American coffee, I asked to return it and brings an espresso again and was obvious that they just poured the same coffee on an smaller cup. Very disappointed for a 400 usd lunch

    What a disappointment. Arrived to find they put us at 2 separate tables . Now we had to decide how to separate 4 families that had traveled to the city to eat together for the holidays. On the website it said $55.50 per person but once there, it was $79’per person. Food from the bar menu took an hour and was cold. The Chilean sea bass was awful. Not fresh. Ribeye overcooked. We have eaten at the Miami and Philadelphia locations. This was not the same. There were 17 of us and I am embarrassed to have recommended that we eat here. We will not be back.
