   Haven’t been to this location, and was a little nervous and felt bad coming in on XMAS but grateful they were open. Did the experience and have been to many rodizio restaurants. Two major things stood out. The options of getting rare meat as opposed to getting everything cooked well done was really appreciated. Lastly, Even though we don’t talk about him, Bruno went out of his way to fulfill my request for chicken hearts. I wasn’t aware that it was special request only and when asked he got it done. Bravo. Very appreciated of all the staff for working on the holiday. I work in the industry and had the holiday off to work in Pittsburgh for my radio work or I would have been working back in NJ. So thank you I’m sure it wasn’t easy being away from family.

   It was Christmas Day I don’t feel they were prepared or staffed well. Salad bar slow to refill ran out of items like soup bread the meat on sku’. Did not make the rounds so we canceled that part of the meal. Sea bass was amazing along with salmon as entries

   Our server was inattentive. Never received the horseradish sauce for our meal after requesting it. Took a long time to bring our beverages (lemonade & still water) and taking our order. I asked for a straw and she brought it back and placed it in the wrong glass. My husband asked for another plate and she brought it, realized the plate was dirty and said she would bring another, but left the dirty plate on our table. Whenever we had a question, she made us feel like we were bothering her. Another server working near her realized we were unhappy with service and took over to assist us with a beverage refill and processing the payment for our meal.

   Nickolas was fantastic and attentive. The rest of the team was fantastic and lovely. All worked seamlessly to ensure a most memorable and enjoyable dining experience. The food was exquisite and served at perfect temperatures.

   OVERBOOKED. Had a reservation and still had to wait over 30 minutes after our reservation time for a table. This left us no time to get to our event because of the restaurant overbooking their reservations. Don’t trust that they will have a table for you… Because of this, we were unable to enjoy the meal. We were too rushed to get to our event that we otherwise would have had plenty of time to get to.

   Waited an hour WITH a reservation! We had a reservation for 4 for 5:45, and we did not get seated until 6:45!! While I understand a few extra minutes can be needed from time to time, having guests with reservations wait one hour past their reserved time is a bit much. Once we were finally seated, the wait staff was attentive and nice, and the food was good.

   I had a manhattan that was not a full pour. No cherry either. He never asked if I would like another drink. We ordered a seafood tower as an appetizer but it didn’t come out until we had 3 different meats offered. At that point, we barely ate it. They have 14 different meats included in the churrasco experience but were only offered 5. They kept bringing out sirloin. The waiter was flat and never asked how everything was going. At the end of our meal, he asked if we needed anything else and I had to ask for a dessert menu. The key lime pie was disgusting. It was griitty and the whipped cream was flavorless. The carrot soup at the market table was the best. It was not labeled so I had to ask what it was. The rest of the market table was okay - pretty comparable to other Brazilian steakhouses. For the price, service, and overall dining experience, we will never go back again.

    My husband and I had a lovely time at Fogo de Chao, we had dinner around 8:45 on a Saturday, it took an extra 10~ min to find a table after our reservation time. But on a Saturday that is completely understandable. The experience was $60 per person, and I would say it was well worth the price. There were a few pieces of meat where it was just fat/gristle but they come around quite often so we were able to enjoy everything. The drinks were well priced and delicious. The staff was very helpful and observant.
