   Made reservations and still waited 50 minutes and almost every server with meat skipped over our table. Two severs did always come back and asked what meat we wanted. Always waited between 4-7 minutes to get another piece of meat. Our waiter did have plenty of tables to take care of but she was still attentive on our table. I definitely won’t come back unless I am in town again and have no other steak option. Food was good for sure but service was terrible.

   The food is always great here. Unfortunately we were seated 55 minutes past our reservation time! The reason being “they were waiting for groups to leave”. So I’d recommend not having anything planned after dinner. We had movie tickets and only got 30 minutes to eat before we had to leave.

   Let me start from the beginning. I had a reservation for 4 PM. I arrived at 3:55 PM.They told me that it would be up to a 45 minute wait. I had other plans right after dinner. I decided to wait. They were able to see me by 4:30 PM. Both the hostess and the young lady that took me to my table were very nice. she informed me that it would be just a minute before somebody got to me. Soon after the waitress and I may assume somebody she was training arrived at my table. They got me my drink and ask me if I had been there before. I have dined at fogo de Chão many of times. My server asked me what I would be ordering and I told her. She said she’d be right back with this card that they put on the table to let the carvers that come by know when you’re ready to order. The server returned briefly with the side dishes. She did not bring the card. Therefore no carvers ever came to my table for at least 30 minutes. By the time they did, the side dishes were cold. I asked my waitress if I could get a new set of side dishes that were warm with my newly carved meat. She apologized and said certainly. While I was waiting for my new warm side dishes, I got up to go get a salad, and when I came back, they had taken away my plate of carved meat, but the side dishes were there. Never got to eat my food together. In defense of the restaurant it was absolutely packed. I very much enjoy Fogo Du Chao, and I will return regardless of this poor experience. All of the staff were very nice, very polite I would give them a five star hands-down. I would also give the food a five star with the exception of the cold side dishes. I would give their timing a one star.

   When we first checked in for our reservation, the wait time was unbelievable. We did not get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. That was not a great 1st impression 😕 we almost left. There's no point of a reservations if you have to wait but it is understandable. When we did get seated, our waiter Forest was so great. He explained how everything works, very apologetic for the wait time, and making sure we were taken care of. The management was so great as well, he even gave us a dessert for our anniversary. After everything with the fine dining and the extremely good quality food! I will say yes to everything, excellent quality, fine dining, recommend to others, and most definitely will be returning. Thank you for making our anniversary special. ❤️

   I don't understand the point of a reservation. We had a reservation for 6:45 and we weren't seated until 7:30. They were letting people sit who came after us. I got that we were a big party, hence the reservation, but better planning on their part to make sure the table was available for our party by our reservation time would be ideal. While the food was good, we didn't get our sides until after getting a couple of rounds of meats come to the table. Then, more waiting for the cuts you want. Overall experience was just okay. We'll give them a try again, hoping for a better experience.

   We were seated an hour after our reservation. A member of our party ordered a chicken entree. It took more than 25 mins for the entree to be served. By then, he filled up on the salad bar. He was denied a to-go box, even though it was an entree and more than half his chicken remained. To the restaurant’s credit, his dessert was comped.

   Excellent atmosphere, food (meat) and drinks. They need to add more things on the salad bar but apart from that everything was very nice.

   Reservations were running about 30min late. The staff wasn’t communicating very well. The table service was okay. The cost of the dinner is spendy, we should also get good service. I feel like today was okay. We have had better before.

    4 of us went. We didn’t have the best experience. Long wait time for our reservation. Food was not up to usual standard and waited for our check for about 45 minutes after asking 3 times for it
