   Salvatore is the best gaucho and everyone is atentative. We had a great time! The food is unbelievable. I highly recommend.

   Well… did a reservation but had to wait maybe 30 minutes. It was valentines weekend so I’ll let that pass. Inside is nice although layout feels like if you are in a Ponderosa buffet. As soon as you enter you almost touch the buffet display with your elbows. The waiter, since greeting us,was very persistent on us for selecting the churrasco-kinda buffet included. ($63.00 for it p/person). Buffet selection was not that big and I wasn’t interested in it. Asked about what were the side dishes that were included in the cauliflower steak entree. The answer? no sides.. Pointed the menu at the waiter asking then what about the chickpeas that were included in the menu. Then he said that that was only side what was included in the dish. I decided to try the cauliflower anyways, most of all because of his insistence in us ordering the churrasco platter/buffet. At the end of the day the cauliflower dish came with vegetables and mashed potatoes with a chickpea salad. Weird. Not coming back. Being there. Done that. Out of my bucket list. Sayonara.

   We have been coming to this location since before the pandemic. But around 2023/2024, the food quality has gone down. The experience was also hindered because this particular night, the place was packed like sardines in a can. Not sure if it was building code violation. It was honestly a terrible ambiance. Some meats weren't seasoned at all, and we were by a wall so being seen/served was hard. Only got pichania like 2 twice but had to ask another server. Long lines at market table. It was so loud,about 78-83 decibels the entire time. Hard to hear anything. Would like to come back if next time it isn't so packed.

   Very crowded and the tables and jamb together that people have to trip over each other. Wait staff did not come back to check on us for drinks or if we needed anything and had to squeeze out to asked for a check. Not up to the standards of another Fogo de Chao's we have ate at. Very overpriced for the hassle to fight to get your food.

   The food itself was good. The market table is overrated. It’s a high end salad bar. The service really slowed down for us when we explained that we are sober and would not be drinking alcohol, servers delivered the first glass of water and did not come back.  We had a busser fill our water glasses. The tables are so crammed in together. There’s no way to walk to the market table or not get bumped into from servers or customers getting up from their tables. We suggest you definitely make a reservation and utilize the valet.

   Not sure if it was because they were extra busy for Valentines weekend but it took a while for servers to come around with meat. Not a great first experience there.

   I had high expectations for Fogo de Chão in Scottsdale, especially given its well-established reputation. My wife and I had made a Valentine’s Day reservation for 9:45 PM, yet we weren’t seated until 11:00 PM. While I understand that managing guest turnover can be challenging, especially on a busy night, I would have expected a restaurant of this caliber to have a more seamless approach to handling such delays. However, the real disappointment came after we were finally seated. Our server initially provided a thorough explanation of the dining experience and promptly took our order for drinks, starters, and the five-course meal. Unfortunately, the execution did not match the introduction. After helping myself to the salad bar, I was met with wilted lettuce—an unexpected letdown for a restaurant of this standard. Meanwhile, we noticed that guests who arrived after us were being served their drinks while ours never made it to the table. After some time, I had to personally seek out our server, who apologized and assured me she would speak with the manager about comping our drinks. Yet, not only were the drinks not comped, but our server never returned to follow up. This lack of attentiveness overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable experience. That being said, the ambiance was beautiful, and some of the food was genuinely enjoyable. The overall atmosphere carried the elegance one would expect from Fogo de Chão, but the service, at least on this particular night, did not reflect the same level of refinement. I wouldn’t discourage anyone from dining here, but I would advise choosing a less high-traffic evening to truly appreciate what the restaurant has to offer.

   An absolute horrific experience. Whomever runs this place should be replaced. We had 9:30 reservations, waited an hour, finally left, and then got a text that our table was ready 1 hour and 23 minutes after our reservation time. And there were many other parties that left as well as many names were called while we were waiting and did not show up as they too probably had the same issue as us.

    Fogo de Chão was an amazing choice for Valentine’s Day celebration without a doubt. It was excessively packed and we had to wait outside over 30 minutes past our set reservation time to get a table. They should not book beyond their capacity. Other than the wait and the overly packed room inside, the experience was worthwhile.
