   This was the worst experience. They overbooked for Thanksgiving and what ever time your reservation was, you didn’t get seated until 2 hours later. This was so poorly managed and unacceptable. People all around were upset, people left and no one from management came outside to deal with the mess. How incredibly disappointing. Never ruin your holiday by wasting your time with a reservation here.

   Thanksgiving was a bit of a train wreck. 1hour after reservation got seated. Meat was over salted. Some was served almost raw. They were clearly overbooked and overwhelmed. Usually a family favorite but won’t do thanksgiving again.

   I made a reservation for 2:30 but was not seated until nearly 4:00. This was on thanksgiving and there were dozens of others that were in the same situation as my family. The average wait after reservation time as 90 minutes. That is completely unacceptable. There was never any explanation or apology given. Also, completely unacceptable. Had it been any other day, I’d have left as soon as it became apparent that this disaster was happening. Once I finally got in, it was very unorganized. Our waiter came once in the beginning, once 20 minutes later and then disappeared. We never saw him again. We had empty water and none of the sides he promised to bring. Also, the roaming gauchos kept skipping our table so we had to flag down a manager to get any service. At nearly $70 a person, the service should have been better. An attempt should have been made to explain the unreasonably long wait and an attempt should have been made to make up for the poor service. On the bright side, the food was wonderful.

   Overall great time. It was very busy due to the holiday but they were prepared. Great service. Abundance of food. And a great time to share with those we are grateful to have in our lives.

   Our server was really bad, but the manager came by and made us feel like home. In general we never have problems going there, this was the first time we encountered issues with our server. I recommend this restaurant to anyone 👍👍

   The food and the ambience were good. But the waiting time despite the reservation I made was horrible. I waited 45 minutes before we got seated despite the reservation. It seems like the reservation was useless if they cannot accommodate us on time. And I saw people who came way after us being seated earlier than us and the reason of the front person is because they are lesser number people than us. That to me is unacceptable. That is the reason why I made a reservation so they are aware that these number of people are coming at a specific time. Yet the walks in were accommodated ahead of us. Which is downright unfair. Shout out to Max the costumer’s service officer and our waiter Levi who redeemed the night for us. And it was my parents’ 55th wedding anniversary that night. Needless to say they were senior citizens that were made to wait that long in the lobby.

   Eddie our server is excellent at making sure we have everything we need to enjoy our dinner and he is also very good with kids. Always with a smile. The food is delicious and service excellent.
