   One lady server, she rush us to pay bill and she want us to move out. It was my daughter birthday. This made us very uncomfortable. Following that, when my wife asked for a spoon she brought it and slammed it on the table in front of us. We are deeply saddened by what happened. We will never come back to this place.    First time to try this location. Happy we did! Even the valet staff was awesome! Love the atmosphere and the window table. Natalie was exceptional and very pleasant and attentive. Definitely will return. Thank you for making my birthday great!

   We ran late for our reservation and so we called ahead. The hostess initially said it was fine, but then 5 minutes later I got a call saying we needed to be there within 15 or we would lose it. We got there checked in and were told when our party arrived we would be seated. There was no happy birthday no cute chit chat. Parking was awful and took 20 mins. The rest of our party arrived late, but the hostess never checked back in when our party arrived. We waited 40 more minutes with no instruction, no interaction, just being completely ignored. We eventually were seated, but in the most inconvenient area. I was bumped repeatedly with my back facing the aisle, and the people in the room we were next to as well as the table beside us were also celebrating birthdays. It was so incredibly loud we couldn’t hear each other or our server. Our server was spread so thin with multiple parties. She was sweet, but our adult drinks, random things we needed, water even took forever. Once the other parties left everything improved vastly. We could actually hear each other, and the carvers finally brought something other than chicken, garlic steak, and pork loin which we declined repeatedly. We only got the ribeye, beef ribs, and lamb chops after specifically requesting them 40+ minutes into our meal. The lamb chop lady was the only one to come back. The temperatures we requested were seldom the temperatures we got. The service staff was nice, but the beginning of the meal and before was so strenuous it took a long time for us to actually start enjoying ourselves. They finished strong with my complimentary dessert, the tres leches was to die for. Overall I would NOT recommend this location to celebrate anything of any significance. When we left no one even said thank for coming or come back and see us. All of it was really heartbreaking considering we got engaged at a Fogo de Chão and we love the other locations we have been to.

    We came in wanting a full dine experience and ended up only getting meat offered to us for 30 minutes before waiting an additional hour to never get new plates. Went here 3 years ago with a table of 2 and it was great and we decided to take a group back and we had a horrible experience.
