   My first time and I was sat in a walkway where everyone coming and leaving kept hitting my chair. The food was either overly seasoned or not seasoned at all. All the sides are cold. Just wasn’t worth the hype or price tag.

   Had a reservation for 6:45 and we’re not seated until 7:15. Once we were sat our waitress was almost never around. The food was mediocre for the price. Everything had the same flavor, really not much variation with the meat selection. The salad bar was just okay, some things were inedible. The sides brought out to the table were sub par, and we were not offered more of anything presented. Offered the same cuts several times while not being offered others once. We then had to wait 30 minutes after asking for the check to finally pay. The location itself isn’t in an ideal location. Won’t be back.

   I’ve been to Fogo plenty of times and once to this location. So I decided to bring my family to enjoy the experience I received and especially for my mom’s birthday dinner! The service, the experience, and the food was all so rich and delectable. 10/10 all the servers were so attentive, kind, and welcoming! We all enjoyed the best of Brazil meal deal and the meats and buffet style sides were just so delicious! Thank you to the Fogo de Chão - Brea staff they were truly the best and made this our most memorable dinner service ever.

   It took 40 minutes to get our drinks, and over an hour to get any meats consistently coming our way. They would come out, serve a big table, then 1-2 small ones and then never come far enough to our row of tables. Never saw our server afters seating us, and resolved to walking to the wait station to refill our own water. The manager comped half the price of our meal and offered extra dessert in order to make things right, but just wanted to pay and leave by that point.

   Paid $72 for the extra, higher end meats. To be frank, it’s around $20 more than the average one. The thing is, every person gets the same food. They do not have a system for the upgraded meats. I sat for 1 1/2 hours and had to ask the server, where is the filet mignon. Where is the bone in ribeye. So, better to simply take the $44 menu and do not upgrade. It’s a nice place, for sure.

   This is my third visit to Fogo in the Brea location! Friends and family always enjoy it. The freshly roasted meats and chicken are always delicious. I recommend the Full Churrasco Experience to get the premium cuts of meat and the salad bar.

    We had to flag down servers a lot. Even though our button was on the green side. It seemed like everyone carrying the meats just kept skipping our table for some how.
