   I’ve been to the Irvine location a few times prior to 2020 and it was a phenomenal experience. I was super excited to dine at the Brea location. However, it did not compare to my past experience. The place was packed like a cafeteria. The buffet was subpar, the presentation of the food was subpar. They gave us a plate of mashed potatoes that looked like it came from someone else’s table after they left. We were a table of 5 and they seated us at a table for 4. We were packed. The best part of the experience was our waiter. He was very attentive. For the cost it was not worth it.

   The service was slow to behind with and after I made a comment to the staff they seem to have fixed there delay

   Great new restaurant in Brea. Food is amazing. Only thing was the tables were very close together which limited privacy. The Irvine location is more spacious.

   Maybe because expectation was too high but the service and meats were so so. All the meats had this propane or some type of fuel scent probably from same cooking method. Salad bar was ok. Water was slow to come. Variety of meats were limited. Chicken breast was so dense and dry I didn't eat it after one bite. Not sure it was worth the price.

   Poor service and food quality. This was my fourth visit. We noticed a big decline in food quality. All beef meats were overcooked. We won't be coming back.

   Disappointed. Came with my wife to celebrate my birthday. Started at 1 star when meats only came by 4 times in 40 minutes. The server for our table was attentive and tried to get the meat servers to come, but they circled the same tables by the bar and tables by the windows, but sitting in the middle continues to get ignored. Finally a meat server, possible a manager or supervisor of sorts asked me what other meats I would like and went and got some for me. Increased to 3 stars just for him and my table server.

   Did the weekend brunch, the buffet salad bar is pretty empty as many items ran out with no refill, meat is going around very slow, took us 2 hours to get full with lots of waiting in the middle. Used to be faster service but I guess not anymore. Food was alright.

   The food and service were exceptional. The tables are just too close together for my preference. People moving between them causes bumping into dinners and keeps the noise level a bit louder. Our service was exceptional and the food was just delicious. We had a great experience.

    My second time there. Absolutely outstanding food and service. A bit pricey but to be fair, food was constantly provided and it was all delicious. And for special occasions, the entire experience was worth it.
