   Meat quality is very bad, services are poor. Do not provide meat to customer. Salad table looks horrible, not fresh at all. Not enough servers to service. It takes long time to bring a low quality meat to customer. This is the worst restaurant that I have visited. It is really hard believe to charge so high, and I do not anyone visit here only once and will not be back.

   I have never been so disappointed they had no bloodie Mary’s on a Sunday .. really maybe they should take it off the menu since they apparently haven’t had it for 3 weeks .. very sad -

   It was our first experience at this restaurant and it was worth every penny. Loved the Market table. There was so much food that it was impossible to taste everything. Only suggestion - meats were a little charred and the single churrasco experience could do well with 2 different cuts of the meat selected. It gets boring after a couple of times. Overall servers were very nice and attentive. It’s a 4/5 for me and my family.

   Just attended a wine tasting, very pricy and not worth it, the timing of the servings food and wine were not coordinated, their timing serving the food was very poor. Will not attend any other wine tastings, the food was great.

   I was very disappointed with the service tonight at Fogo de Chao. We were a party of 6.5. We had a reservation and were seated pretty quickly. However, the service was so bad. We must have sat at our table for at least 20-25 mins before someone finally came over, and this is after we had to signal for someone from the wait staff to come over and take our order. Once the waiter finally arrived, he asked us "what can I do for you"? Huh? Wasn't he supposed to give us the whole "run down" on how things worked there???!!! He didn't offer up any information. Didn't ask if it was our first time at the restaurant, didn't explain how things worked, etc. so we proceeded to give our drink orders and our menu selections, which was the rodizio. It took forever for our drinks to come. The meats were good not great. very salty. It took forever for us to get sides -- we had to ask. It took forever for the wait staff to come to our table with the meats, we needed a highchair for my 2-year-old granddaughter. It was just a mess!!!!!!! The waiter hardly ever came over to check on us, no water refills. didn't ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. . .there was a huge lull before we finally had had it and asked for the check. We pride ourselves in giving great tips but not tonight. . . our bill total was $445. . .we did not and refused to leave not anywhere near the 18% gratuity. I doubt very seriously if we will ever return!! Our first experience was great -- we loved it. . .the second go round -- not even close for the hefty bill. the service sucked. I mean really sucked!!!

   We've been to restaurant before and really enjoyed it. This reservation was for a special event wine dinner and the experience fell short. The event was severely understaffed, disjointed and unorganized - wine tastings and food service was mismatched. And some meat services were missed. Water glasses and appetizer plates could have been preppared on tables to save time and instead were a rushed after thought. Usually wine events feel special and this missed the mark. Also very tacky at the beginning of the event that there was so much attention on getting bills paid with gratuity included versus decided by the patron (for a party of 2). Food and wine were great. Just missed the mark on the overall experience.

   Pass on the brunch. No one was at the omelette station every time we went up. Waffles are not made to order. They just looked sad, overcooked and cold. So basically it’s the market table with a yogurt parfait bar. Service was excellent. Meats for the full-churasco experience were delicious.

   The hostess was extremely rude, it’s understandable to be overwhelmed when it’s a rush but she has zero customer service skills to be the first person you deal with at a restaurant, not even a hello. Other than her everyone else was very nice, service was a bit slow but the food was very good, meat selections were delicious. Everyone left full.
