It took 10 min for someone to come over to our table for a 5:30 pm reservation and that was only after prompting, so the place wasn’t yet full. The waiter immediately started that he was new vs apologizing for the wait. We ordered drinks , a bottle of sparkling water for the table and our meals all at the same time to make it easier. He comes with water glasses and one glass for the sparkling water, odd as you usually have glasses for the table if you order a bottle of water for the table and you don’t also get tap water. We then go to the salad bar and are done with that course and still no sign of our drinks . While we are eating the salad they brought the warm sides, again a bit odd as that would have gone with the mains. Two of us then turned the disc to green and some meats started to arrive. We then flag a different waiter over to advise that we still hadn’t gotten our drinks and one member of our party didn’t get their entree. Two drinks eventually arrive, albeit one was wrong. Rather than complain we just accepted it. It took additional prompting for the one person to get their entree. The folks with the skewers were hit or miss in terms of coming to the table. A manager came over to check on us and we mentioned the glass of wine hadn’t arrived and we also mentioned the one main, salmon was quite dry. He then went off to get the glass of wine but didn’t ask the others if they wanted another drink. Nobody came over to offer additional sides. The person with the salmon was done by the time their wine eventually came. No one ever asked if we wanted coffee or dessert or refills of our drinks. We finally flagged someone to get the check never seeing the original waiter although we saw him nearby chatting with other servers. Overall disappointing and not worth the price.

The service was non existent . The drinks never arrived , the water was never refilled, the food orders came super late and were incomplete. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Ate here on Thanksgiving day. Arrived on time for our reservation but waited behind two parties at the host stand. The host was incredibly slow to seat each table so we ended up standing around for about 15 minutes. I don’t know if the slow seating was intentional, but as we followed him to our table we shuffled along ridiculously slowly through an otherwise bustling restaurant. Once seated our server arrived promptly to take drink orders. We asked about individual entrees rather the full churrasco since we had a couple of picky eaters - but we were told that they were “out of” individual entrees. It’s not possible that they were actually “out of” individual entrees like picanha, since gauchos were running around serving them. If he had simply said “we’re only offering the full churrasco experience for our holiday menu” that would be totally fine and understandable - but being told that they are “out of” something that is obviously untrue rubbed me the wrong way. Additionally, it would have been nice if the web site noted that they were not doing individual entrees - the web site did note that the dinner price applied all day, but there was no note about a limited menu. Everything on the market table was very good, although it was smaller than I remember the table being at Fogo in other cities. They had carved turkey at the market table which was a nice touch for Thanksgiving. Once we started the rodizio service, we got a good variety and frequency of meats. Notably, however, we did not see filet mignon, ribeye, or pork chops even once, while we saw multiple rotations of other (cheaper) meats. The meat that we did get was cooked and seasoned well. Our hot sides were served early in the meal, and we were able to get more bread relatively quickly when we asked. Overall the service and food were OK. I may give them another try on a non-holiday, and hopefully by then they have polished up the service.

This was my second time and , only came back cause it was free(first time was brutal) so after telling the manager this time we were just gonna get meals cause we aren’t the biggest fans of waiting for all the meats to come around (alot of waiting first time) i ordered the picanha , figuring i would just get a steak, even asked me what temp i wanted, not knowing its still waiting for a guy to come give me little bite sizes every 10 mins, you think she would tell you when you ordered it , you still had to wait for the guys to bring the meat , not just a steak. Never told me , so we won’t be back , still not the best management,

The food was very good, however the service was truly a shame. Our waiter disappeared half way through our meal and never returned. We spent the whole night waving people down. We don't get sides until the end of our meal because, despite asking several times, they never came. I hope it's just a new, overwhelmed staff. But we will not be returning.

This was our first time dining here . I guess my expectations were a bit higher regarding the quality of meat served. The market bar was good . My plate was filled with fat from most of the cuts of meat. I know meat has fat but it seemed I received more fat then meat. Everything tastes the same. I had to asked for the better cuts (filet ,short ribs lamb chops) and even those didn’t have a distinct flavor. We also kept getting the same cut The sirloin. Maybe because we were more in the bar area. For what we paid I was expecting more.

We had a reservation for 5:30 on a Saturday night. We checked in around 5:20, but weren’t seated until 7. Many others had similar experiences. It certainly felt quite similar to how airlines overbook flights. Good management would apologize for the challenges, which do happen, and try to make it right. In this instance, hosts, servers and food were good, but management was nonexistent, often inappropriately deflecting to front office staff to bear the brunt of customers’ rightful frustration. While the restaurant was full, it won’t be that way for long if poor customer service continues, which is entirely a reflection of management. Bain Capital, who owns Fogo de Chao, is likely well aware of the eventual consequences of poor management, much like recent bankruptcies in the airline industry. We’re hopeful they evaluate the management in Bridgewater and make appropriate changes. For now, we do not plan to return to Fogo de Chao in Bridgewater. Thank you.

I have been to many Brazilian steak houses, including a number of other FOGO DE CHAO, but this one got many things wrong and in need to improve, among them: - reservation was made to 5;00pm and after 20min waiting, I had to fight with the lost host as he couldn’t set the tables properly and a lot of people were also angry - tables are so close to each other that the waiters with skewers couldn’t get to the end of our table. - number of waiters are way below the needed for this form of serving and we had to wait too long for the next meat to come, and the variety of meats is the smallest I have seen in “rodízios”. - salad bar smaller than usual and too ‘Americanized’’ , lost many of the typical salad bar items we find in those steakhouses. I love Brazilian steakhouses and my expectation was high, but this store will need to improve a lot and better train the crew to get to the level of price they charge.
