   Our two servers, Harold and Alexa, were outstanding. They were quite honestly, the best part of the experience. We had a 6:30 reservation and we didn’t get seated until 7:10. Lots of people crammed into entry waiting. Not sure why the long wait for a reserved table. We’ve been to many high end steakhouses. For what you pay, the value is just not there. Meat quality was inconsistent. Overall, if you’re going to pay these prices, you’re much better off at Wolfgang’s. It was a fun, unique experience for a special occasion I suppose but I won’t be rushing back. The long wait for the table with no apology or explanation was inexcusable, especially when you’re paying those prices.

   We first went here when it opened, and service wasn't great but it has improved quite a lot since then. We didn't have to wait for anything. The brunch was wonderful. In addition to the salad bar and meats, there were made to order omelets and mini waffles. I think my only complaint is that they seemed to overcook the meat to medium, instead of medium rare. But it's a minor complaint. The mall is noisy, which makes it a noisy venue, but not much can be done about that.

   Our party of 6 decided to go with the Churrasco experience as it was recommended by family and friends. However, throughout the night, the server kept stopping by with chicken and sirloin cuts. We were never offered the filet mignon or the ribeye. I had to ask them to bring it over. Even then, we waited roughly 20 minutes for the “premium” cuts. In my humble opinion, this was not worth it. Would not go again and would not recommend to anyone. There are far better steakhouses out there.

   I was disappointed that many of the steak items were overcooked and dry. Beef is central to this type of dining, and more care should be taken to do it right.

   The Chilean sea Bass was raw. The people manager treated the situation as if she could care less. The waitress was fantastic and seemed to be empathetic. Second time I tried the Fogo in Bridgewater. I gave the restaurant a second try because in Texas the restaurant is amazing . The second experience was even worse than the first . The fish was unpleasantly oily, fishy and raw. My automatic reaction was to spit out the food and that ruined my evening.

   A fun event with friends to try the churrasco experience since l spent my childhood in Brazil. Had a great time, ate too much, would do again for a special outing but not next week!

   You can expect a standard Brazilian service dinner style (with a red/green flag, different cuts coming to your table, etc.). Service could have been a bit better, especially with the speed of serving drinks. Meat is good quality (though a bit too salty to our liking) and the grilling is perfect. We didn't try the other menu items or desserts. It is a nice restaurant and a good experience if you're inviting someone to make them feel they are getting a good treat, otherwise not for regular family dining for us. And yes... you end up overeating :)

    It was super crowded and the staff just wasn’t prepared for it. We were almost done our meal by the time they came with our side dishes and drink refills took forever. My daughter had the one cut and they barely came around with chicken. A bit disappointing given the cost.
