   We had a party of seven last night. 5 of us had the Churrasco Experience, which was excellent. One of us ordered the Branzino fish special. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication between the server and the kitchen. The Branzino did not come to the table until the others had finished our meals. They comped the Branzino and offered us dessert on the house. We appreciate that gesture. However, the entire experience was compromised at that point. The person who had ordered the Branzino had helped himself to two trips to the excellent salad bar, which became his meal. Most of the Branzino went home as leftovers. Unfortunately, for a very expensive meal (per person) the experience did not live up to their best efforts. The server team seemed disconnected from each other. They did not effectively work as a team. The food was excellent and we will give the restaurant another opportunity to impress us in the future.

   We go to Fogo de Chao three or four times a year. Always GREAT food, but this time, the servce was slower than usual.

   We found the menu quite confusing and our server did a poor job of clarifying and answering our questions. The salad bar buffet was impressive but the line was long and numerous options were not refilled timely. Two of us ordered Chilean sea bass from the menu and our dinners were served 20 minutes apart, and both were significantly undercooked and were unable to be eaten. Would not recommend the All Day Happy Hour cocktails. The Brazilian barbecue was delicious with numerous varied options.

   We have been to this Fogo and others before, so I am surprised to be writing this review. I took my BIL for his birthday Saturday 1/18, along with my husband and their father. We said in the reservation that it was his birthday. We were seated right next to the market buffet and in the middle of the flow through the restaurant into the mall, which meant we were continuously being run into by people and it was very noisy. My husband and his brother ordered the $63 meat experience, but I am a vegetarian and my FIL is a light eater, so we both ordered from the menu. I ordered the cauliflower steak and he ordered a lobster tail and we both got the market buffet. Cocktails took about 10 minutes. Our server disappeared for a long time, and when he returned, he told us he was in a meeting. We asked where our entrees were, and he went back to the kitchen, returning with plates that had clearly been under heat lamps for a long time. My FIL asked for some extra butter (the lobster was dry) and the server tried to sell him an upgrade, which we had to unravel. The cauliflower steak was TERRIBLE. For almost $40, there was an almost raw and horribly dry slab of cauliflower with one of the salads from the market buffet, which I had already eaten. When I complained, the server said that everyone who orders that complains. They easily took it off the bill and I did not order a replacement. No one ever acknowledged my BILs birthday - and there were several other tables that had desserts and candles and singing. He wouldn't want me to ask for that, which is why I did it in the reservation. I've never seen a nicer restaurant not do SOMETHING when they knew it was a celebration. The meat service was fine, and we got the grilled cheese (which I love.) But our experience was very poor, and I don't expect we will go back.

   We have attended many time. This time was not like any of our previous experiences. The food was terrible, the waiter came over 3 times asking for our drink order that we gave him each time which was just asking initially for some water. Asked questions about the menu and got super unclear answers or wasn’t able to answer. Super disappointed. The shrimp and lobster was like rubber and clearly old. Def won’t be going back. Sad because we loved it here.

   We (a party of 6) attended the Wine and Wagyu event. Great event. The service was super, the wines were good and the food was great. Recommended!

   Very attentive wait staff. Food was excellent! I was a bit put off by the "drinks" presented to us.....I thought it was juice, and complimentary. When the bill came we discovered they were 14.00 each and not something that I enjoyed (there were 4 of us, no one cared for them). The extra 50.00+ dollars was an unnecessary upcharge.
