   Unfortunately the staff was busy today with holiday meal service. So was not the best experience. Hopefully next visit will be better.

   As the time before the food was excellent. Unfortunately, that was the only thing that was great about this location. It took more than 30 minutes to be seated. Everyone was crammed in like cattle on a transport truck. The wait staff was simply overwhelmed by the enormous number of patrons. The manager was actually setting up folding picnic tables to accommodate everyone. There was a general sense of "hurry up and leave" in the air. The dining experience is supposed to be about enjoyment and this was not. This location does not know how to manage their online reservations, and that is a shame.

   It’s great ambience at the reasonable price. Especially nice to treat friends and family with generous amount of food. But too many people during lunch time so noise level was too high. Could not hear anything our party members said. Servers not coming to pour water and had to wait so long and several times. Even meat we had to wait too long for second time.

   Our waiter and Servers were amazing! They answered any questions we had and kind enough to be patient too. We didn’t feel rushed and we enjoyed our experience.

   We enjoy going to Fogo de Chao but this wasn't our best experience. It was difficult to get any of the servers to bring the meats around. They were more interested in serving a large party than our table of 3. We had to request one particular meat 4 times before they finally brought some around just before we were about to pay our bill. Additionally, the meats we did get were quite well done and dry. Disappointing.

    I arrived for my 8:15 pm reservation right on time. I paid full price for the full experience. Unfortunately, the full experience was lacking. I can tell that most of the meats had been circulating for quite a while. I requested medium rare however, most of the cuts of meats presented to me were medium well or well done, dry and tough. Service was fine after I reminded a server passing by that I had been there for almost 20 minutes and still had not been offered water or any of the sides that normally came with the full experience. And at almost $80 plus gratuity, there should be a little more focus on quality in both the food they are serving and the service they provide. Management should be more aware of what is being dished out in both categories.
