   The burgers were overcooked. It took awhile to get any service. Had to ask for water and condiments repeatedly.

   A real disappointment. Compared to other churrascurias in area (Brazos in Concord, Galpao in Walnut Creek), greatly overpriced, far less variety and quality in salad bar, far less choice in meats, inflated wine list, undisciplined and amateur service. The experience, when compared to other Fogos (Miami, Houston), is an embarrassment to the brand. Glitz without substance. The only plus we found was in the quality and flavor of the meats, such as they were. For a superior experience in all respects, we would recommend Brazos do Brazil in Concord.

   We there for a repast after my mother’s funeral. The place is nice. Food was too salty for our liking.

   We attended the Wagyu and Wine event and have done so in the past with great success. However, last night's event seemed haphazard at best, and they were not prepared for the quantity of guests (strange since you book through Open Table). They only brought meat out twice during the 2-hour event and the first serving was a single bite. The following was the left-over remnants of mainly fat and grisly bone bites. Maybe because we were the last table, the manager apologized and said he would bring our table a serving 2 different times and neither time did that offer materialize. Sadly, we left hungry, disappointed and let our friends we brought know that this was an exception and not the normal experience.

   This was my 2nd time at Fogo De Chao (first time was in Atlanta about 20 years ago) and the 2 experiences were like night and day. This time it was my birthday and I was with my kids. We all had the full experience and in the end we agreed that we’re underwhelmed and dissatisfied: 1) The food was very bland - even the meat!; 2) the primary server rarely checked on us; 3) as a result we received our drinks really late and had to ask for them multiple times; 4) we also received our side dishes so late that we were full from the meat so we couldn’t enjoy the sides as a compliment with the meat -as a matter of fact we barely ate the sides; 5) when they brought out my birthday dessert, my son asked if they had a candle and they said they ran out. 😒 With the price of the full experience being $80/person coupled with my previous wonderful experience many years ago in Atlanta, I had much higher expectations that were sadly unmet. We will not be visiting this restaurant again.

   Had a great time here for our Anniversary dinner. My partner enjoyed all of the cuts of meat. As a vegan/vegetarian I wasn’t impressed with my cauliflower steak, it lacked flavor. I wish there was a vegetarian pasta or something else on the menu. (I’m allergic to soy so the Tofu wasn’t an option for me). However, Matheus was great. His customer service and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Kumari was nice as well. Would definitely bring my family back in the future.

   Female manager (or host) is more concerned about being right than serving guests. Confrontational and rude when we asked to move to the bar because our table was in a terrible spot. After we moved to the bar we heard her scolding the male (manager?) who helped us get seats at the bar and brought our drinks that we’d order at the table before moving. The male manager and bartenders are the only ones who tried to provide service. The tartare was horrible, simply scraps of beef that are not even chopped up, just long strips of discarded beef. Any chef with any pride at all would resign simply for that getting out of there kitchen. Fire the female manager and chef and get actual service minded people in there please.

   The happy hour is great! I’m so glad their able to give you options of food some of my friends are vegan so the Bar Food menu n salad bar is perfect Micaela became our server since our server wasn’t around She was great n very helpful even though her sec was busy she took the time to serve us which we really appreciated. Drinks were prompt n good for happy hour prices

    Food was amazing and the ambiance was gorgeous. The only this I think could have been was to have 2 waiters for large parties. We choose to do the experience and the meat was coming back to back which was everything! It was just taking our waiter longer to deliver our drinks. But he was awesome. Very nice young man. I would definitely be going back.
