   I made a reservation for outside 6:15 pm and when I arrived, I was notified that our section was bought out and no longer available. Then, I was told that we were given the best table available. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Being seating next to the register or computer where the orders were placed, was quite a busy area. Our waiter was Esteban. He was very attentive, but not more attentive than Nelson. He repeatedly check on us and even offered us birthday cake, which we didn’t know was available as it was my birthday dinner. Nelson was very thoughtful. He took pictures of my party and ensured that we were taken care of. The food was tasty and the Yellow Birds were delicious!

   We went for the Gaucho Lunch which is always excellent! Lots of green salads, vegetables, chicken salad, fruit, cheese, crispy bacon and delicious soups. We will return soon!

   Excellent customer service from hostess to waiter 5 stars. Santiago our waiter was 5 stars the bar tender 5 stars. We visited on 12/8/24 @. 7pm for my wife birthdsy. The manager on duty also came and ask how is everything . I recomend Fort Lauderdale Fogo de Chao. The food was also 5 stars and a lot of it.

   So happy with our experience, our waiter Valerie really added to the atmosphere and his amazing personality won us over from the beginning. Cant wait to go back!

   Salad bar station is good, but not that large, and the selection is not as assorted as others of the same style. Service was very slow. Sat for 20 min before I flagged our server down to order drinks. I was hosting a table of 10, and we were all just staring at each other for a bit. During the evening, the tableside meat was brought either one after the next - rapid fire, or was non-existent. We had to eventually request several cuts of meat that didn't find their way to our table throughout dinner. Several finally came around to us after we had already ordered dessert - and it was too late, even for a taste. This is a beautiful restaurant w so much potential, but they need to improve their overall service.

   Just from the get-go, they had our reservation confirmed, and we we sent to our table right away. Our server asked about our drinks and what was the reason for our lunch. We ordered our drinks and explained it was a birthday. The buffet was full of different choices, one better that others were a rainbow of options were there to explore.

    There was a 20 minute wait, even though we had a reservation, which was expected because it was Thanksgiving. Juliana came over almost immediately and got drinks. She told me that Mateo would be our main server. About 15 minutes later, I had a flag him down from the table next to us to ask where our drinks were. He brought the old fashioned and my wine in a carafe with no wine glass. My son’s Coke took another five minutes. He spent a lot of time at the table next to us, and every time we needed some thing we had a flag him down. Maybe because they spoke Spanish and we did not? That was definitely the feeling I got. The manager that came by at the end and was very nice. I would definitely return, but not if Mateo is our server.
