   Very nice staff, very nice restaurant. Limited side options, not enough options for children. A lot of walking in between the tables which was overwhelming. Other than that I had a great experience. I enjoyed the flow of the food. Everyone was very nice- VERY NICE. Grew customer service.

   Maybe because it was a holiday but I felt very rushed during my dining experience. Food was definitely not worth the dinner price. My son ordered a coke which never arrived.

   This was our family's first Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant and I have to say this was such an amazing time. Our servers Pumza, Jonathon and Kim were extremely kind and made our whole experience a memorable one. They constantly checked in on our table and with their pleasant attitudes they took in on our jokes. Your restaurant is blessed to have these staff members. Because of them my family really enjoyed ourselves and looking forward to coming back soon.

   The selection of food at the buffet table was incredible. I could stuff myself from the buffet without the servings of meats.

   Service was slow, desserts were bad (waited 30 minutes) the meat options were low (for a non-busy lunch session).

   I love Fogo but as a person who comes alone it felt like I was ignored compared to the people with families. I recently came to celebrate my birthday and felt ignored and even mentioned it to management and the apology seemed very lackluster.

   From the beginning we reserved a table and we greeted upon entrance. We were given a table timer for when our table was ready. We let our waitress know early we were there for the best of Brazilian $39 discount night and they were very attentive to our needs. We enjoyed the salad bar and we both had happy hour $10 drinks. Those were both very delicious. Then we were greeted by different servers of rounds of meats our favorite being the Pichana a must try.  the manager, actually came over and greeted us and gave us small talk along with our waitress who was kind enough to find our favorite dessert on the menu, to end the night on the house. Will most definitely be coming back!

   Pumza and Wendy were absolutely amazing. Pumza ensured that our visit was delightful and Wendy was an amazing waitress ensuring that our glass and plates were never empty. The food was amazing and it just kept coming lol. And the view overlooking the National harbor was absolutely breathtaking. I highly suggest this location. You won't be disappointed! Chefs kiss to the staff.

    There seems to have been an event with many diners that affected the service. There were delays in being seated even with reservations and delays receiving food. The steaks, mashed potatoes and Creme brulee was very good. Also, not having one server assigned to specific tables is confusing and inefficient for both the customer and the serving staff. We ordered dessert with one server and it took so long to receive it we had to ask another server to find our desserts. I also asked one server for my check and she never returned so I had to ask another server to get my check which caused more time waiting for us.
