   This was our first dining experience at Fogo de Chao and it did not disappoint. Loved the atmosphere and music. The food & service was outstanding. We definitely go back soon!

   Our servers were not attentive at all. They were very friendly which was nice, but I arrived a few minutes after the 2 coworkers I was meeting did and I realized 10 minutes into dinner I never received water. Eventually I did, but was never asked if I would like anything else. When we ordered dessert we had to flag someone down. It took another 10 minutes or so. It was…strange

   Food and food servers were wonderful. Our waiter however was slow and inattentive even with an empty restaurant.

   Beware of where you are seated. The Gauchos (meat spit people) tend to not fully circle all tables. For 5 of us and over $300 bill. Several items never made it to our table. Some items were offered two or three times. In addition, their signature cut (Picanha) only made it by once and was cut thin enough to see through it. Service was ok. We had to ask for refills for waters and sodas, and were never offered a refill on beer or wine.

   This was by far the worst fogo experience we had. Which is sad, because Fogo is one of our favorite places. I had made “reservations “ several weeks prior to Mother’s Day. We got there a few minutes before our “reservation” time only to be told they will text us when our table is ready. Mind you this waiting area was packed shoulder to shoulder with people. I asked how long the wait would be since we had reservations. She said she can’t give a time but there’s a lot of people in front of us ? I said even with a reservation? And she said it’s technically not a reservation it just reserves your spot in line ? Which I’ve never had that issue at any other location. While waiting we spoke to another party who was experiencing the same thing even though they had reservations, they had been waiting 45 minutes already. We finally got seated after 55 minutes of waiting. They put is in a room where we had to wait forever for meat to come by, we did not get offered all of the meats that we usually do. The salad bar was missing a lot of items and we had to ask for the drink my daughter ordered 3 times. This is the first time we have ever had a bad experience at a Fogo chain, although this was our first time at the OKC location. The women’s restrooms were also disgusting, toilet paper rolls on the floor, no toilet paper in the holders and there were dirty rubber gloves right next to the toilet paper that was sitting on the flat part in the stall I went into. I understand Mother’s Day is a very busy day, but they need to change their “ reservations “ online to wait list if that is the case. We would have not gone if we had known this location only does a wait list and not actual reservations, even though the open table app very clearly has it listed as reservations.

   Took the family out for Mother’s Day lunch. The wait was as to be expected on a busy day. Had reserved on open table but ended sitting after 45 mins. Not too bad. Food was well worth it, open salad and fruit bar, plus the endless meats making rounds at the tables. Our favs were the chicken with wrapped bacon and the sirloin steaks. Had baileys and cheesecake for dessert and that was excellent. It’s upscale so expect to pay premium prices, in the range of $50-$70 pp. Well worth the experience!
