   The restaurant was understaffed. My drinks were forgotten TWICE… it took forever for each meat to come out and the salad bar was pretty empty. Some of the meat was over cooked or too salty. They were not ready for such a busy holiday night. The manager checked on us several times and made sure the staff was putting in the orders on time (even though I had to ask 3 different servers about my drinks) but it was chaotic. The experience was completely different from when we went to the one in Dallas. We don’t know if we will be returning to this one. For the money, it was not worth it.

   The food was good. The bar had trouble getting drinks ordered and out in a timely manner. We were seated, and it took 7-10 minutes for a server to get to our table to fill waters and inform us about the menu. Our table had to ask waitstaff to give the table next to us waters. Once it was brought to the staffs attention, they were very accommodating.

   Service has been a big issue since they opened. This is my second and final attempt to try this location. The bartenders are rude, and unfamiliar with simple drinks, like martinis and cosmos. The servers have too many tables and service is on par with a bad Applebees.

   Honestly, pretty disappointing experience and I want to chalk it up to New Year’s Eve but I don’t have other experiences to compare. We waited quite a while to be greeted once we were sat (hostess was great) and the food was just meh. Truly. The meat was flavorless in several of the rotations and seemed overcooked and tough. We compare this to Texas de Brazil and honestly their food quality was better, at least that night. The restaurant was lovely and it’s a great date night option, but for the money there are many other choices with better food. Sad face.

   Dinner was excellent for both myself and my girlfriend. Enjoyed the salad bar, and the food experience was great. Enjoyed the evening and experience.

   The food was delicious and the restaurant was very beautiful. However the service has room for improvement. Everything was great. Until one of the servers came over and told the gentleman serving us meat “ they don’t understand you, you don’t have to talk to them”. I did inform him that that was not necessary or true. My guest’s and I all spoke English. To add insult to injury our waiter ignored us the rest of the night. We flagged a different waitress down for help. Overall no matter how delicious the food is the service ruins the experience.

   2nd time we went to this restaurant after being disappointed 4 months ago thinking they would fix issues. Oops. Walked in for our reservation on time. No one was at the stand. Manager walked up after 2 minutes and asked if we had been greeted. We said no and he said he would go get someone. After someone finally sat us, she said she would get the waitress and then kept bringing things like bread and water and taking our drink options because waitress was not ready. Waitress showed up 10 min later and by that time a couple was sat at the table right next to us because as it seemed for this $$$& restaurant, only had one waitress. She said since we were next to each other she would just tell both at the same time how the restaurant worked. Another person brought us a drink menu and as they handed the menu apologized for it being dirty. But still handing it over. Maybe it’s a Sunday after Christmas or whatever, but for a place not even a year old with a great track record elsewhere, idk, disappointing. Waitress said to try the bacon on the salad bar and a person handling food at the salad bar said that there was not going to be bacon. That’s something people working should know. Did not see all cuts of meat, the sides were bland and huge gaps in between the servers. 2 strikes and I don’t see a 3rd in the future. Will stick to competitors who seem to want the business. If I am paying for the experience, I’d like to enjoy it.
