   Party of 8..Horrible from the start. We were seated at first on a table that was basically the mall outside of the restaurant. If I wanted to sit out in that area I would have went to the food court. We asked kindly to be moved inside as there were plenty of tables available also set up for 8 people. The hostess without any concern or care told us they were reserved for other guests. I pressed politely and asked what differed from their reservation to mine that gave them the opportunity to sit inside the restaurant vs out on the patio. I didn’t see that option when reserving. She had no answer. She then said that one of the two parties of 8 was already passed their 15 min grace period but she wanted to give them another 5 min.. then she said 3 min… I was blown away by the incompetence. You have a party of 8 in front of you with children, one of whom I’m carrying in front of her who show up on time and ask to switch to an open table but you want to give the party that is past their grave period another 5.. sorry 3 minutes before accommodating my request???????? We went back to our quasi table but I stood up and let my kids stand on the chairs and eat the bread and make a mess of the table setting as they should to make them as uncomfortable as they made us. 7 minutes later.. not 3 they moved us to the back corner of the restaurant.. and then it starts… No bottled water.. seriously??? How does a restaurant like that not have bottled water? No problem some people in the world don’t even have tap water I’ll accept it.. one glass filled for one person as if they were rationing their water supply… not enough characters remain..heres the summary.. dry meat.. told them no pork 15 times and they kept sending pork.. oh filet.. waited for 45 min and he shows up with two 1.5 ounces of raw not rare.: raw filet for a table with 8 people.. sent it back.. came with the same two pieces burnt to a crisp.. Chicken not cooked.. lamb smelled like it has its wool don’t come her

   Mixed Experience – Great Food but Poor Service Our reservation was made for 6:30, yet we ended up waiting about 20 minutes because the restaurant appears to overbook frequently. When we were finally seated, we were placed at the wrong table due to a mix-up with a similar table name. This initial mistake could have been overlooked, but the situation was worsened when our waitress informed us of the error in a notably passive-aggressive manner. The overall ambiance and “experience” of the restaurant are what keep drawing us back, even though these issues seem to recur with every visit. Consistently, we face a delay of around 20 minutes just to be seated, and it appears the restaurant may be understaffed. Additionally, the wait for our food was longer than acceptable, making the dining experience extend far beyond a typical 2-hour visit. On the bright side, the taste of the food and the quality of the drinks are excellent and remain the high points of our experience. If only the service and operational management could match the culinary standards, it would be a much more enjoyable visit overall.

   We celebrated a 50th birthday with 16 people. The entire staff and manager Marco were incredible! The food, service and ambiance were fantastic. Perfect place to celebrate any occasion.

   This was our third time at this place. It wasn’t busy at all, yet we barely got any food. The meat wasn’t great, and we had to wait about 10 minutes between portions. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

   This occasion was perfect, the manager was too kind and Leslie attended us and was very cordial. We went to celebrate my father's wife's birthday and everything was perfect.

    My experience at Fogo de Chão - Paramus was fantastic! The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meats and a fresh salad bar. The drinks were well-prepared, and the table setup was comfortable and elegant. Overall, a great place for a memorable meal I’ll definitely be back!
