   Extremely slow service. Same Parmesan pork kept coming around but had to wait FOREVER for any beef items. Buffet items need attention. Candied bacon was decent. Got billed for 3 drinks & only received 2. Overall dining experience took almost 2 1/2 hours! Painful!!!

   Excellent all.the way around. We hadn't had a date night in a long time. This was perfect to get us back in the groove.🍽🍽🍽🍽🍽 Staff was superb 👍👍👍👍👍

   Crazy thing was at time to pay the bill. A magnificent restaurant provides awful pens that simply don't write to sign the check. We tried 3 different pens. Not smart business

   We feel really bad for sharing a bad review but this evening’s experience was not good. The meat servers were totally not on point…the servers were scarce and many of the cuts did not come around at all. Had to ask numerous times for the picanha and lamb. Picanha did eventually come out about 40 minutes later and the lamb never did. Tonight felt like they wanted to fill us up on the market table and sides. Will not return to this location. Only upside was that they served branzino, which we never had at Fogo. Maybe they ran out of meat and decided to cook up some fish to make up for it?

   Food was great service was excellent. Gregg was a wonderful server and Dariella checked in on us during our visit. The restaurant became very busy while we were there and it was run in such an organized manner. Great experience overall! Would go back 100%

   Celebrating a birthday and had a large group with 4 kids and the service was amazing! The food is delicious and the bar and sides were great! The cheese rolls were so good!!!!!! First time and can’t wait to go back!

   My husband & I dined here last night for a special anniversary & we had an amazing experience. All of the servers were so attentive throughout our entire meal. There were so many options to choose from between the cold food bar and the skewers. Eriq was an absolute pleasure to chat with & always made sure we had what we needed. The restaurant was immaculately clean overall and had great ambience. My only complaint is that the bathroom was really, really cold. We can't wait to return in the future!

   I have been to this restaurant many times in Chicago and Boston and had great experiences. But I was very disappointed with this one in Providence. We chose the buffet style meat tasty menu. They only brought us a few rounds of meat and stopped. Even when we asked them to bring it, they didn’t. It cost us $400 for 4 people. Will not be back!

   The food at Fogo de Chão was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked perfectly, and the variety of meats was impressive. However, the service was a bit disappointing. While some staff were friendly and attentive, others came off as rude, which was surprising for a high-end restaurant. For the price, I expected a much better overall experience. Hopefully, management addresses this, as the food alone isn’t enough to justify the cost if the service doesn’t match. Would I return? Maybe—but only if the service improves.
