   The restaurant did not handle dinner rush very well. People with reservations ended up waiting 50 minutes to be seated. The quality control on the meats seemed to be lacking as well as a result where meats would be over seasoned and under seasoned. Would recommend avoiding any busy dates and times.

   It's too many people but not enough servers to server in the weekend. We had to wait for a long time for water refills and the food. The food also a bit salty as well.

   The hostess struggled to find our name on the reservation list. She asked me to find it for her and then didn't sit us at a table for two off to the side like I had requested for our special night. She put us in the center of the crowd at a 4 top. However after asking the waiter for help, the manager was able to come over and get us seated in a section like I wanted. The food was excellent but I really wanted my cocktails and appetizer before having the meat served. My card was red too but it kept coming. I like to eat my appetizer before the main course comes, otherwise the food was amazing and the service very attentive. Overall, rocky start but it smoothed out by mid-experience. I'd definitely come back but tell the staff my expectations before service begins.

   We had the market buffet. Great variety, the flavors were delicious. We had the carrot soup and it was flavorful and creamy. A nice surprise is that the creaminess came from coconut milk, so did not have to worry about lactose. Overall a very nice experience.

   Took 10 minutes after we sat down for a waitress to come greet us. Throughout the night, it was difficult getting the attention of our waitress. We asked for table sides multiple times before it was brought to our table. Definitely not the experience that we expected.

   This is my second year coming to Fogo de Chão for thanksgiving and they have yet to disappoint me! The service from the staff is top notch ! Thanks again !

   Wait staff was slow. Gauchos were slow to come by table. Salad bar was not well stocked. Mix up on wine. They did remember our grandson’s birthday which was nice but probably will not be returning
