   We been in so many Brazilian Steak house and very satisfied about the service and the food. First having Fogo D Chao and not happy, the service is very slow, the meats are not too many options, the service was very slow, we wait 15-30 minutes when he sat down before they served the first meet, we dot have water or any side dishes on the table, like the banana and the bread. Salad bar has options but not like other brazillian steak houses they have amazing choices, the waiters are just passing by to us where we just sat down instead to deliver the meat first but they delivered the old costumers before us, but then again we are the one asking the meats to delivered, the waitresses are asking if everything is ok, me and my family response WE ARE WAITING FOR THE MEAT! But then again we have to wait 15mins before it came, then we felt we lost the appetite because the feeling that ur hungry and looking forward to eat the brazillian buffet but then the experience was unexpected very lousy and so slow. Needed more costumer service and fast service instead of waiting., We ask the grilled pineapple but when we get it, it was burn like u eat charcoal, very u happy. If we are not on the way there we should go to Galpau Brazillian.

   A very enjoyable experience! Our waitress was very kind, mindful, and patient. The food was fresh and delicious! It did get busy shortly after we arrived but our food was done in a decent time. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Thank you for this new food experience

   A little chaotic for all the staff, felt they were disorganized . Some meat servers were unfriendly and were not careful in handling the knife which was pointed at my face a few times. Food wasn’t that great compared to the other Brazilian restos I’ve been to.

   This was our first (and probably last time dining here )We were seated in a little corner seat next to some curtains, it felt really claustrophobic. The market table was pretty picked over so we didn’t get the full experience there, the cheeses were gone. The bacon was really good. The meats have very little flavor unless you get the outside piece which tended to have a lot of fat. The don’t bring out the pineapple unless you ask, but if you don’t know to ask then you won’t have any, I only asked because I hadn’t seen any and it’s one of the best parts of dinner. We asked for soda refills and never got them, we actually waited long after we were done and had paid our bill to get some to go cups because we had waited so long already, when the to go cups finally came they were basically kids size (sodas have free refills so it makes the ~5 price tag not so bad, but only if you get the refill). All in all, we wished we had gone somewhere else; this place is VERY expensive for what it is - $71 each, plus drinks tax and tip was not worth what we got. We noticed later you can choose 1 meat and the market table and it’s a lot less $38 or something like that. Of the 3 Brazilian restaurants in the area we’ve gone to, this was our least favorite 😬😔😣 The staff were all nice so that was a plus but it’s possible there were not enough wait staff working. I am not sure because we were literally in a corner and couldn’t see anything except the few tables next to us.

   Food: 4/10 Service: 3/10 Overall experience: 4/10 Here’s why: The food was okay, some of the cuts of meat lacked flavor, the salad bar (and I use the term loosely) had a very limited selection, I believe just 2 soup options and 1 pasta option. Our server Mason was great! Also Amy and Sabrina were very nice. I wish I could say the experience overall was wonderful but it wasn’t. The gaucho’s kept walking around us and passing us over entirely to go to other tables. We felt discriminated against (we are African American) and that was hurtful considering we were celebrating our anniversary and have been to other FDC locations and haven’t experienced this. I only hope that this is something that is addressed because anyone spending money at an establishment deserves to be treated equally and respectfully. At this time we doubt we will go back.

   The place was great! Amy and Jason (I think that’s how you spell it? The guy with a nice beard ahaha) were great and very tentative. They were so helpful as well. Food was great!

    Took them 20 minutes to get us the bill after asking a couple of times, the men serving the meats would skip our table multiple times.
