   After reading all the negative post regarding FDC, i almost cancelled my reservation last night. But I wanted to see first hand if this was true. It was absolutely the opposite. The waiters, busboys, and even management can over multiple time during our visit. Always checking on us if we needed anything. The food was delicious and service was excellent. This is my personal experience last night at FDC.

   We had reservations for a party of 4 at 7pm. When we arrived the hostess told me we were 5th on the list, they had a shortage of 4 tops, and it would be 20 minutes. Long story short after 3 visits to the hostess stand, we were seated at 8:30pm. A party of 6 walked in 45 minutes past our reservation and were immediately seated. They should have sat us at a larger table rather than wait an hour and a half for a 4 top to open up. They offered to pay for our dessert but it was still added on the bill. We had to remind the server it was comped. We likely won’t go back. For what it’s worth, the food was good, ambiance was great (aside from the spotlight on my friend’s head) and our server was attentive.

   This newer Brazilian restaurant is upscale with an excellent appetizer/drink menu and all you can eat option. It's a bit pricey but you will get filled up and the food is savory and great!

   Wonderful experience we had dinning at Fogo De Chao in Roseville. The staff and service were excellent. The salad bar was very well setup. The meat carved table side serving was delicious.

   Had a reservation for 6, and they took an additional hour before they were able to seat us. The service was pretty good, though if you choose lamb instead of beef, they are a bit slower. Other than that, the food was good, and the service was good as well. Come hungry, because it is all you can eat.

   Jacqueline was amazing and super nice! She made sure we were satisfied and always had our water full. The food was incredible and the selection was top notch! The salad bar and sides were delicious as well. Can’t wait to come back!

   I was quite pleased with the restaurant and staff. Waiters and manager were attentive, and friendly. I like that there are menu options if you don’t want the full Brazilian meal experience and I felt the prices were reasonable. I am going back again with friends next week.

    The food experience was great. The server Liam did a great job but was unable to assist after partnering with a manager to connect my Fogo rewards account to my dining transaction.
