Gasthof Forsthaus, located in Moritzburg, is a beautiful and intimate restaurant and event space available for lunch, dinner and special occasions. A quaint dining space is wistfully decorated in the style of old Germany, and Gasthof Forsthaus's history as a hunting lodge has made its way into the decor as well as the menu. Dishes of venison dominate the menu, prepared in a variety of ways from traditional German cooking techniques. Diners can also enjoy the local Meissner wines, which come from a local vintner. After dinner, guests can stroll around the Gasthof Forsthaus grounds or even enjoy a ride on a horse-drawn carriage.

    Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, Anlässlich des Geburtstages meiner Mutter haben wir dieses Restaurant gewählt. Getränke kamen zeitnah und das Essen war hervorragend. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl , deshalb eine absolute Empfehlung .

    Sehr leckeres Essen und eine tolle Speisekarte, die nicht zu überladen ist aber jeder etwas finden kann. Das Ambiente ist schön typisch gehalten wie es sein sollte bei der Küche.

    Sehr schöne Gaststätte, das Essen und der Service waren super. Ein kleiner Mangel, auf Grund der sehr oft offenen Tür war es zugig.

    Von der Reservierung bis zum "zufrieden hinausgehen" hat alles gepasst. Das Gasthaus ist gemütlich, auch durch verschiedene Räume und seitliche Abgrenzungen, und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Sanitärbereich ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, fragt auch mehrmals nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder noch etwas gewünscht wird, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bestellungen werden zügig aufgenommen. Auf das Essen muss man nicht zu lange warten. Die Gerichte waren super lecker und so reichlich, dass auch die Männer satt werden. - besser geht nicht -

    Sehr nettes Personal. Leckeres Essen mit Seniorenportionen und Kinderkarte. Angenehmes Ambiente, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
