Last minute, we decided to stop in for dinner on our way home from a long drive. It was my fiancé’s birthday eve, and I wanted to treat him to a special dinner. Our server, Kay, was attentive, professional, and accompanied us throughout the meal. We had a delicious meal, including calamari, steak, and a steak sandwich. To take home, we ordered dessert. Kay made a special substitution for my fiancé’s meal and even mentioned it to him on his birthday, letting him know he could have the substitution.

Fantastic spot in Downtown Milford. We got the best table in the house, good service, perfect cocktails, tasty apps and entrees—just perfect!

We went to Founder's for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a limited fixed price menu but there were several good choices. The food was excellent as well as the service. We weren't rushed at all even though the place was full.

The prime rib and baked stuffed shrimp meals were scrumptious! The ambience was cozy and warm, and our server, Beata was superb!! We’ll definitely be back!

Founders House has been our Thanksgiving dinner destination for the last three years. We always look forward to the experience. The menu consists of your choice of traditional turkey dinner, prime rib, or baked stuffed shrimp. The turkey is moist and delicious, the prime rib cooked perfectly and the shrimp generously stuffed with tasty stuffing. All are served with mashed potatoes potatoes (best I’ve ever had) and perfectly sautéed whole green beans. The specialty cocktails are amazing and service is impeccable. Many thanks to Founders House for making our Thanksgiving meal so special.
