An hour delay on reservations. No mention that the evening was Christmas buffet only and not the regular menu. Got up and left after we sat. Waste of time

Horrible experience. Had reservations for 6 PM, was seated at 7:15. We were never informed that it was buffet style restaurant. One piece of cold fish with cold potato gratin for $55 Never again

I was grateful to find a reservation for Christmas just a few days in advance but apparently about a thousand others also got that reservation. We waited an hour to get in and then it was like a college dining hall, and not one of those tiny New England colleges. It was stuffed fuller than grandma’s turkey or Tiny Tim’s goose. People were nice, both staff and other diners! And the food was good! But, really, something must have gone wrong with reservations.

Not sure how this restaurant is on a normal day but the Christmas buffet was absolute chaos. I was literally yelled at by 2 employees. I was seated 45 minutes after my reservation. I was told by one staff member to go around the backside of the buffet to serve myself then yelled at not to touch anything by someone else. I didn’t get a waiter, and had to flag one down. It wasn’t explained that some menu items had to be ordered. The meat at the carving station was cold. They were overbooked and it was a 20 minute line to get food. It was too crowded and everyone was bumping into each other. The music was full volume and with all the people we had to yell to be heard. We were seated at what looked like an extra table and my husband was bumped into every time anyone walked by, which was frequent. Neither one of us was even able to get enough to eat, with the late seating and the long line for food. We asked to speak to management and no one came. Very disappointing as I had heard so many good things about this restaurant. They should have focused on serving less people and giving MUCH better customer service.

The Christmas buffet food was good quality for the price but we had to wait often for refills and the wait time to be tested was 30 minutes with reservations.

The servers were very nice and polite even with the pressure they were getting for serving hundreds of people and such a short amount of time. The open buffet was not a good idea. Very small buffet for the whole restaurant, meet keeps running out, not cooked to meet the demand. Generally, I like the restaurant food but serving open buffet for Christmas was a bad idea on their end. I hope they don’t offer it again.

Xmas Brunch was great. A variety of dishes. Service was also attentive. Service was 40 min behind, but it’s a holiday. So I can understand.

Lines at the buffet were too long and selection could have been better for Christmas. They didn’t even have cranberry sauce. Disappointed.

Went for Christmas lunch and it was very, very crowded - as expected. The food was good and the service was just OK. The buffet line was not being watched so it was getting a little out of hand in terms of people just going up without waiting which was annoying. This was not my favorite experience at this chain. Other locations are much nicer.
