   The drinks at Four Walls were amazing! My friends and I loved the drawings and descriptions on each of the pages on the menu. We were flipping through the pages trying to match one with each of our personalities and each of us loved the ones we had. Service was great, and the decor was very fitting with the theme - I would highly recommend Four Walls.

   Four Walls is our favorite speakeasy spot in Nashville. Lawson and Mickey are always amazing every time we go.

   We had such an excellent time. Thank you for giving the same level of attention to your zero proof program as you do your cocktail program. Made the two pregnant ladies in our group feel just as excited to go out for cocktails.

   Had the mixologist make me a unique drink...it was ok, but I was not blown away considering the price. Mood in place was dark elegance. Will be ok to visit again with friends for another try.

   The only part of our stay at the Joseph that wasn’t awesome was the experience with Four Walls … looked like a great place to end the night, booked a table via the OpenTable App, left Broadway early to visit Four Walls, arrived 5 mins before our reservation to a sign that said they were closed. Hotel staff was not aware of why they closed early.

    Our second time here, service will be the reason we do not return. We were a party of 5. My wife and I arrived prior to the rest of the party and were seated. We waited 10 to 12 minutes. There were only two couples at the bar and just us. My wife got up and walked to the bar and asked if we could get a drink. She was treated rudely and told to sit down and he’d be over. Finally came over and took our drink order and continued to act like we were an inconvenience. Then after he made the drinks he got on his phone to show one of the couples something and talk to them. We were seated at 6:15 and finally got our cocktails 20 to 25 minutes later. Also the tip is included in the bill so I wasn’t allowed to tip appropriately which would have been ZERO. Our party had 1 drink each and we left after an hour to have dinner at Yolan’s, which was amazing. We will never be back to Four Walls and we will speak openly about our experience to all our friends. This place which is supposed to have a cool speakeasy vibe is not worth the money.

This is not the level of service or hospitality we aim to provide, and I’m truly sorry that we fell short. The way you were treated is unacceptable and does not align with our standards or the welcoming environment we strive to create. I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel ignored and disrespected, especially when you came expecting a memorable evening. Your feedback about the delayed service, lack of attention, and perceived attitude of our team member has been taken very seriously, and I will personally address these concerns with the staff to ensure this does not happen again.
