   Server was very nice and professional. Food was delish. We had the crab cakes, branzino, truffle fries & broccolini & everything was so good! The bread pudding was approved by my daughter (who warmed it up the next day & her words exactly, “this is how bread pudding should taste!”Additionally, my friend enjoyed his sangria which wasn’t on the menu but the bartender was still able to make.

   I had a great experience celebrating my birthday here. Our server Chantel (might be misspelled) was very attentive and did a great job managing a large party. Considering this is a new restaurant that I'm sure isn't completely staffed, this place will only get better.

   My family and I came to Fraîche from me seeing it on TikTok. It was my birthday and we had the best experience. From the moment we entered we were greeted by a lovely hostess who was so sweet. We had a reservation and were immediately seated even though they were still opening up for the night. Our server name was Melissa and I couldn’t have asked for a better person. From her warm greeting to her great recommendations from the amazing drinks to the superb food. The Oxtail Meatballs were (chef’s kiss) to the Charbroiled Oysters, Deviled Eggs(according to my family) and Cornbread every plate that touched our table left empty lol. For our entrées, we had the Garlic Noodles with King Crab and the Snapper with Mumbo Sauce w/Rice and Peas were some of the best dishes I’ve ever had. Every person (staff) who we had interaction with were amazing. They even brought me a dessert for my birthday. From the décor to the music Fraîche made my birthday great. Thank you for everything. We’ll definitely be back!!!!!!

   The food and ambiance were good. Music was great we were vibing. The appetizers were our favorite, we got the oxtail meatballs and charbroiled oysters. For entrees we got lamb chops, they were tender and juicy. And we also got the mambo fried snapper. It was a little salty but overall still good. Service was a little slow. We had reservations at 9:30pm and didn’t get seated until 10. Our server was Maria and she was great. They may need more servers though because she was the only server in our section and the section was a decent size.

   The food was cooked perfectly and the taste was amazing! The drinks were delicious overall was a great vibe! The chef came to our table and we let him know how pleased we were with the food. The entire staff made us feel special and that goes a long way! The Bush family will be back!

   My group enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the customer service. It was really nice that Chef JR came by our table for us to meet him and ask us our food was. We all said, we will be back for another outing at Fraiche restaurant. Thank you a wonderful evening!!!!

    Excellent food! Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. Lamb Chops were some of the best I have had anywhere. Go and order a variety of things on the menu they are all worth trying.
