   We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! Everything from the service to the food was exceptional. We started with the tomato soup and Italian wedding soup — both were flavorful and comforting, with just the right balance of seasoning. For the main course, the gnocchi was light, pillowy, and perfectly coated in sauce, while the shrimp linguini was a standout — the shrimp were tender and fresh, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. To finish, we shared a cannoli for dessert, and it was excellent — crisp on the outside with a rich, creamy filling that wasn’t overly sweet. We’ll definitely be back for another delicious meal. Highly recommend!

   I have been going to Franco’s for more than 5 years. It seems like they went through a management change recently and the service and staff competency has declined tremendously

   Ordered fried calamari/zucchini for app. I would like to see more zucchini. Had very little little. Penne ala Vodka was ok. It used to have prosciutto. Now, it’s plain and it was a bit dry. Cacio e Pepe was excellent as always. I also added the shrimp and they were very good. Tiramisu for dessert was excellent and the Blu Limonata drink was outstanding. Service was excellent.

   The food at Franco’s was absolutely incredible, as always—consistently one of my favorite spots. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the usual standard this time, which took away from the overall experience. Still, I’ll be back for the food alone.

   There were 8 of us and we ate outside. The staff was phenomenal. Always made sure that no one ran out of something to drink. The food was delicious. Most of us had fish (branzino, sole, etc…) for dinner and everyone loved the flavors on each dish. My mother had chicken marsala. I asked our server if she could please added extra mushrooms and they did. For me, this is the best restaurant in Wellington.

    Decided to celebrate our anniversary here as we received an offer in the mail as well as a personal review. There were a few factors going into everything, but overall we did not get a good welcome experience. We ordered the mussels, that was a special, all of them smelled off and some tasted questionable. Sauce was bland. We ordered the vodka and the carbonara pastas with breaded chicken. The chicken looked like a kids meal breaded chicken patty diced up. My husband said the vodka pasta tasted like Kraft mac & cheese. My carbonara tasted off as well but couldn’t place what it was. I think the pancetta was overcooked and overpowered the dish with an overcooked meat smell and taste. Overall, the food lacked flavor and authenticity. The drinks were great, and the service staff, Brett and a young lady, were polite and friendly. Bread and butter was delivered when we were already finished eating, which we only ate half of our entrée, so I ate the bread to fill up. The table next to us had a problem with their order as well. As what was ordered was not delivered to the table and the person who came to speak with them try to get him to eat what they delivered to the table at first. Not sure what is going on there, but this was not the experience that I expected in a restaurant that seemed to be upscale.
