Food was good. The waiter wasn't as attentive as he could have been. We needed more water and tea and had to motion the waiter to come over. Used dishes weren't removed as promptly as they should have been. Check took awhile to come, too.

I'm happy to say that Frankie's provides really great Italian food and really good service too.. The food has always been very good, but the service had been inconsistent for a couple of years. I'm not sure what has caused the change, but the service has smoothed out considerably and has been great the last several times I've been there. I notice that the serving staff is the same each time I go back, which is a great sign. I'm very happy that the service level now matches the qualify of the food. And about the food ... here are my personal favorties. The Pasta Carbonara is my favorite from the Italian Classics section of the menu, and my husband loves the rigatoni and sausage. The pizzas are always good and are a great value for the price. I recently tried the whole branzino and was blown away - it is a cut above in terms of presentation and quality, something that would fit right in on the menu at Michelle's upstairs. For appetizers, the antipasto is great and the mussels are awesome. I can't speak to desserts because I've never had enough room left for dessert!

Seating for a special birthday was fantastic, as was the table service. Diners were happy with their meal and my Angel Haur pasta was perfectly done. Very enjoyable and we will return.

The waitress was great. She was knowlegable about the menu, thus helping us make our selection. Even though it was getting busy, her custoner service skills are to be commended. Great Mother/Son outing.

over all the amount of food we received was great, the tomato sauce had no flavor and it taste like can sliced tomato sauce. Very thin, runny. I asked the waitress for Parmesan cheese, she forgot half way though the meal she return and we reminded her again. One and done never again.
