   Been to Frankie's many times. By far least desirable experience. Service- not great. Employees seemed annoyed to be there. Food came out wrong temperature & not one time did anyone ask if everything was correct or needed anything. Had to wave them down for a refill of cocktails. Tables around us were loud & obnoxious. What happened to the sommelier experience? Pushing cocktails only. Not worth the money anymore.

   This was my first time dining at Frankies's. The food was outstanding, as was the service. We dined there on Christmas Eve so they were very busy. I was surprised that people wear jeans and sneakers to a restaurant like this and that it is acceptable. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to go back.

   Fantastic Food, we go for special occasions, like birthday and anniversaries. Food was great like always, if you got steak or fish. Sides are excellent, we love the onion rings. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was the service. We always had had great servers, but Maceo did not seem to care. Two wrong sides came, and he seem he took them back without even an apology, but the final straw was at the end he came around and just dropped muffins in front of each person. No words or anything. This would not keep us away, but out of the many times, this was not the best of them.

   What an outstanding experience. We were celebrating our anniversary! Upon arrival they had us at a corner table, Happy Anniversary Card on the table with sparkles. Our waiter explained the menu and specials. Off to the races...wine (chosen by our waiter was excellent), crab cake, steak and sea bass with sides. Wow, amazing food, amazing service, a real experience in hospitality and a great way to celebrate with my wife. Thank you for treating us so well. Dennis

   I’m writing this with a heavy heart as this could’ve been avoided with clear communication and a little bit of empathy. I celebrated my birthday here in September and had the most pleasant experience and decided I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 30th birthday here as well. We started out with only 8 guests and as we got closer to her birthday more family members confirmed so I submitted a second reservation. I called to ensure we could be near one another and was told yes. This was the first failure in communication because turns out the answer should’ve been, we will try to accommodate you however we can’t guarantee it. This would’ve allowed me to make a decision to find another place to celebrate this milestone. When we arrived I was told, “sorry we were not able to put the tables near one another, is that ok?” Of course it was not ok but having 16 family members standing there ready for a late dinner there was not an option for anything else. The second communication gap was not being able to bring celebratory balloons. Not a huge deal but again I would liked to have known that in advance so I could’ve made a decision on whether to make that purchase or not. Now I want to address the lack of empathy because our tables were so far apart it doesn’t feel as if there was even an attempt to accommodate my request. There were empty tables which I’m sure were reserved however there was no attempt to explain why things couldn’t be moved around. My daughter recently retired from the military and this was her first big celebration where she was going to be together with her family and she was so disappointed to have to walk back and forth across the restaurant to spend time with both tables. All in all we made the best out of the situation I just want everyone to understand what to expect if you’re ever in this situation. It was completely avoidable with clear communication and them providing alternative solutions if my request couldn’t be accommodated.
