We had the feed me menu option and the food was delicious. We were not ravenous and the amount of food was ample for the 4 of us with a great combination of dishes from the menu. Service was efficient and responsive. Staff flexible with addressing specific dietary requirements. Good acoustics made chatting easy even when restaurant got busy. Overall great dining experience and delicious food

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was particularly poor. The food was good, but the service was AWFUL. They were busy, but my food was taken when it wasn’t even close to finished when I went to the bathroom, we had to wait ages for plates or for our orders to be taken. There were more things they messed up, but those were the main. Disappointing

Hi Luisa, It's with a great deal of disappointment that you feel as though you need to leave a review for our restaurant in this way. Our staff accommodated your needs in every way, going above and beyond for your requests. We accommodated your want to increase your booking size on a fully booked night by going out of our way to make that happen. We had our regular guests next to your table who were made to tolerate your increasingly loud and disruptive behaviour as well as being made to feel rushed out as you continuously made requests to use their table. This resulted in not only them finishing their night early but also our restaurant having to compensate them. It is to our credit that reviews such as this are not a true reflection of our wonderful staff. Freda's Bistro

Fantastic food and service as usual. The Feed Me menu is always great value and the staff are delightful. Would recommend for a relaxed but special occasion. An oasis in the hustle and bustle of Brunswick St.
