   We booked at a la carte & had to line up like cows only to be told we’d be looking at over an hour wait for our meal. Staff were so unhelpful. It was like we booked a table in shopping centre food court

   Great choices for food very confusing when trying to order between the two food options buffet or à la cart menu. We had to swap our steaks around because it wasn’t cooked to our order.. But overall a pleasant experience and we will be back.

   Need more food on a busy saturday night the variety was good, but just not enough. And the stuff that was left, there was either stale or cold. The service was amazing. The girls were there, quick smart to pick up you messy plates and re. Stock the tables. However, the cashier, when we walked in to pay looked like she was on another planet, hi, I guess and had really no idea what she was doing kept making mistakes. And it was so busy being a sad day, night

   Another home game for Southport Sharks VFL team. Delicious lunch of chicken tenders, carbonara croquettes and green salad. Lots of home team supporters enjoying lunch watching what was another win for Sharks. Ideal venue for any type of function.

   I booked a table for 16 people but when we showed up they had allocated 3 different tables to us. The first waitress I spoke with said nothing else was available and it’s only when another waitress came to help that we were sent to the back room where we still had to be split into a group of 10 and 6. This was ridiculous. Why accept a booking for 16 when you can’t get them seated together, that was the whole point of making a group booking. After dinner we all made our way to the live Music and dance area. In our group we had mostly adults and a few kids. We all went on the dance floor but we told that no kids were allowed on the dance floor. Once again another ridiculous rule. There was NO ONE else dancing at the same time and despite this the security guard came to us on 2 occasions to remind us that kids had to be removed from the dance floor.

   When you know there's kids in the family, you shouldn't be allocating tables near the bar. You could have made adults without kids sit near the bar instead. So not happy with the table allocations.

   With a group of 9, all I could fault was the table was right in a walkway with people trying to get past.

    Buffet breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety for everyone to enjoy something. Massive venue and was able to reserve a table for 3, 2 days before mother's day . The line up was a bit of a turn off, having to spend 10-15mins to serve yourself. The toast annoyed me, it took 2 goes through the rotisserie with nothing to stop them falling on the floor when they came out. My food was pretty well cold by this stage although it was still delicious. It was really really busy and noisy which made conversation difficult so we left after the meal.
