    5 of us had dinner at Fresco at the Westgate. I was able to get a reservation the in the morning for that night's dinner, and we were seated promptly. Wait staff were great. The meal was delicious (I started with the Honey nut Squash soup which was superb).

    Fresca remains consistently good with friendly solid service.Appetisers solid with fabulous butternut soup .we all had the Veal for main which was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection.Served with spaghetti which was cooked aldente which makes a change here in Las Vegas. For dessert we shared a Tiramisu which was surprisingly good .Coffee was good Server was friendly efficient and effective. It was wonderful to see the restaurant so busy on a Monday night for an off the Strip property. Keep up the good food and service

    Very slow service. Drinks menu was not given when we sat down only the food menu and service was so slow that I ended up getting a drink is menu myself from a different server. It wasn’t even busy and it was slow. We had ok food but expensive for what it was. The people who were sat next to us at the adjacent table were getting extremely impatient with the servers…… it was so slow. Gluten Free options were VERY limited. It’s 2024 people—get with the program!!! GF bread is a thing, GF pizza crust is a thing——to only serve GF pasta is lazy and uninventive……. For an expensive high end restaurant that boasts ‘the best Italian in Vegas’ —- that’s a stretch.

    While the service in the restaurant was good, once the server finally got around to coming over, the hostess was not so good. Seems she had a problem seating people. We waited 10 minutes to be seated with one table in front of us. Yes they were busy, but once seated there were many empty tables. The food was good. Enjoyed our dinner, but will think twice about returning.

    We dined here several years ago and had a great experience. This time was no different. Everything is fresh and has good flavor. Diana was our waitress and she was especially personable and provided flawless service.
