We had a very delicious meal here. Food arrived very quickly (less than 10 min after ordering) and all was prepared well. There were great salsas provided and the price point was great.

Came to Frida’s for brunch on Sunday and I’m SO happy i did. They only do brunch on Sundays and i happened to only be in town for one Sunday and luckily stumbled upon their Google images. Crispy French toast, the only way i like it and they have it! I loved the French toast so much i ordered a second one for takeaway, it didn’t last the night at my house haha. I’m actually happy they don’t do brunch any other days, it made my visit very special and also good for my waistline because i would’ve eaten their French toast everyday until i left 😂 I also had an eggs Benedict, chipotle, to try. It was pretty good, nothing very special. The fritters or came with are amazing though, i would’ve saved the English muffin and put the eggs Benedict on the fritters instead! The decor and vibe of the restaurant are also very cool, loved the live music and the service was very attentive. Everything about Fridas was amazing, thank you!

Overall the food was good, especially the tortilla soup and its presentation. The drawbacks were the perfunctory service and having the soup and entrées arrive at the same time. It made for a very crowded table and eventually cold food. It has been a favorite for 20 years so I’m not quite ready to cross it off the list.

Pedirle al mesero que repita la orden antes de retirarse de la mesa. No lo hicieron con nosotros y llevaron algo que no habíamos pedido, pero como “estaba anotado” en el iPad, no sirvió pedir que lo retiraran.
