Fuji at Assembly is a perfect marriage of contemporary and traditional. The dining room is chic and modern, yet furnished with reclaimed wood dating back over one hundred years.

At the sushi bar, chefs select from ingredients delivered fresh daily and create a unique meal for each guest. The menu also offers an array of authentic Sichuan dishes with spices originating from Southwest China.

    Hostesses were really friendly and that’s important because that’s the face of the restaurant when you walk in! The server was very professional and attentive Display gotten so much better , I’m definitely coming back 👌

    This was excellent!! Not only were they able to hold our reservations for an extra 30 minutes, but they sat us as soon as we arrived! The menu is expansive, and the food was delicious!! Our orders arrived very quickly, and we had no problem making our showtime. The specialty drinks were top notch, and also quite delicious. The service was welcoming and friendly! I would go back again, and again!!
