   Exceptional restaurant with incredible steaks & chops perfectly prepared. Very cool classy vibe & decor. Our server Jack was awesome, perfect! Will definitely be back soon. And a kiler wine list with reasonable prices.

   This restaurant is perfect for business dinners or dining with adult friends and colleagues. The menu is mainly steak and seafood and the price points are excellent when compared to other fine dining restaurants in the region. Their price points for several Waygu beef cuts are particularly good! The wine list is limited but our waiter suggested an excellent red blend at a good price point that went with our steaks perfectly. They sides are good (we ordered truffle fries and creamed spinach - the latter was especially well prepared though rich). The service was excellent; our waiter was outstanding!

   In my opinion this restaurant is a great spot for drinks with friends or a very big celebration. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous, and the service was outstanding—our server was incredibly attentive and made the experience even better. The cocktails were fantastic, and the oysters were fresh and delicious. While the steaks were okay, one of our cuts was a bit fatty, which was disappointing given the price. The overall cost was on the higher side—about $600 for four people, including two appetizers, two drinks each, and an entrée and two desserts. Given it’s in Wrightsville area, I get the high prices, but as a head up it’s definitely a special-occasion place rather than a regular dining spot. That said, the beautiful setting, great drinks, and excellent service make it a worthwhile experience if you go.

   We waited a long time to splurge here and were really looking forward to the “luxury experience” they promise. We were utterly disappointed. We sat at 7pm, the first attempt at food being served was almost 9pm. Service was so slow, the server was nice enough but with the place being half empty, I saw no clear reason for the delay. Food comes out, 2 plates immediately go back to the kitchen for being cooked to the wrong temperature. It’s a steak house and 4 of the 5 steaks we ordered were NOT cooked to the requested temp, most were edible but mine was not. Another 15 min for my steak to be redone, it was perfect. The other dish that was sent back was salmon (overcooked). After 20 min and still no replacement, she just told them to wrap it and we would take it to go. Management comped our meals that were sent back, which is nice, but like I said- for a steakhouse to not be able to cook steak perfectly and consistently, and at their PRICES?! We will not be back.

   We had a delicious steak dinner with truly excellent service at G Prime. Our meat was tender and expertly cooked. The evening was perfect thanks to the staff's attention.

    We felt Kevin addressed each of needs and requests, was knowledgable and made suggestions on wine and food, but we felt somewhat rushed with the service.
