   From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance was warm and inviting, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the bartender, who went above and beyond as our server. They seamlessly juggled craft cocktails and table service with a level of professionalism and charisma that left us thoroughly impressed. Now, let's talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor and tenderness. Every bite was an experience in itself. The sides? Equally amazing, with creative twists that complemented the main course beautifully. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service exceed expectations, but this steakhouse nailed it. Kudos to the entire team, especially the bartender, for making our night so memorable.    Our meal was cold after it took 1.5 hours to cook. Steak had a good flavor, but it seems unacceptable for such a nice restaurant to serve a meal at this quality.

   We absolutely loved Gaia! The ambiance, the food, the service was immaculate. The lamb chops were the best. Definitely recommend for a special occasion or just to feel special!

   Went to celebrate my niece’s 21st birthday and it did not disappoint. From Greeting to seating, staff was courteous and kind. Waiter made drink recommendations that were delicious and advised us on our entree choices. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Would definitely return.

   The overall experience was great... From the moment we walked in the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service couldn't have been better and the food was very good and came out in a timey manner. Only issue I found was the price was a little high.

    There was guest of a mother and her two sons using racial slurs. Her sons asked her to stop saying the “n word” she got upset and fussed at her sons. She was just loud and ignorant. I hated to see drinks with cans being served wasn’t upscale if you can drinks. Prices were to high and environment for whole dining could have been fancier. Not upscale at all. Did not have to be business casual because a lot of guest were not and was accepted in! You want a nice dining go to Flemings or somewhere else! Overrated and not what I expected
