   Service was perfect the staff was there when you needed them. Beautiful decor Food was over the top. Our guests said it was an experience, which it was.

   The meat was the star. Bread was dry and salad bar lackluster. Ambiance in the restaurant was warm and somewhat cozy, but the restaurant is very large and has large rooms with small tables. Servers were excellent in service. Restaurant was pricy, but worth it for the varieties of meat, very well seasoned and a large variety of meats. Mashed potatoes were served cold. That was disappointing. But overall, nice for special occasions.

   Ate here on NYE, party of 4 with an 8:30 reservation. We were seated around 8:50, but there was plenty of room at the bar while waiting. The mixed drinks were tasty and didn’t skimp on liquor. Food was great, as we’ve come to expect from GG Roseville. Particular favorites are: spicy beef, bacon wrapped filet, Parmesan pork, shrimp, sirloin steak, grilled haloumi cheese (don’t skip the honey!), and pineapple (I could eat an entire skewer). Salad bar was well stocked, even at our late dining hour. In addition to the normal selection, they had a special steak seared table-side on a Himalayan salt brick topped with gold leaf. It was a nice surprise for New Year’s Eve. Our server was quite busy & not as attentive as usual (we will give her a break since it was *very* busy due to the holiday). The roving Managers checked in a few times during the course of our 80 minute meal and made sure that any of the meats we wanted to try were sent our way. Overall, it was a great choice for our NYE dinner with friends. This was our sixth visit and it consistently meets/exceeds expectations. We’ve never left disappointed in either the food or service. Highly recommend Galpão Gaucho as the best Brazilian Steakhouse in the area.

   Our experience was fantastic as always! They did their best to accommodate our favorite table and seating location but it was packed on NYE and ultimately we ended up sitting in a completely different area of the restaurant that we didn’t know even existed. It was near a fireplace which ultimately provided a wonderful ambience for a cold night (my wife loved it)! The service and our server were awesome and on point every step of the way. If you haven’t ever been to one of the GG locations, you really need to try it. It’s a culinary experience like no other and you’ll love it!

   We celebrated my son’s birthday tonight with Galpao Gaucho. The staff was so attentive and kind, and truly made our night perfect. The food was great! We left feeling so grateful for the experience . Thank you!

   If you want a unique dining experience this restaurant is your jam. The food is good but mostly meat. There is a salad bar for a lighter meal if you wish. We went on a very crowded night but had a good table and excellent staff. I would recommend reservations.

   We loved everything about the night. The only negative thing is when went to look at the check it was too dark for our old eyes.

    Wonderful meal all around! We went there for our Christmas dinner and were very pleased. The food was delicious and the servers were fast and efficient with the offerings. There was an abundance of food and we genuinely loved everything. None of us had ever even seen Golden Steak before so that was a real treat. Highly recommend, I promise you will not leave hungry. We will most definitely be back!!
