I have rarley had such a poor service and food presentation like today. I knew the place from earlier company functions so I thought its a good idea to go there with the family. Half the menue wasn't available anymore and the portion was rather an entry then a lunch size meal. The food was watery and tasteless. The desert was similarly poor. There was no ice cream where the menue suggested it should be. All the ingredients were out of the tin and just warmed up. At the end we paid 187AUD for one of the worst lunch experience we ever had and felt like a total rip off.

The High Tea was full of little delicacies that tasted so delicious. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere very relaxed. We are repeat customers and would highly recommend Gasthaus on Queen. Always a delight.
