Very overcrowded and the received a call after I had booked asking to move time slots as a large booking had come through later. Not great customer service, tried to place us in an office style room for a table of 10, as the large booking had pushed everyone out of the normal restaurant area. Not a great birthday experience for myself, friends and our kids.

The food was actually pretty good, we got a couple of pizzas, chips, chicken tenders, wings and calamari - would definitely go back for the food. However, we had a table booking for 8 and the kitchen closed at 8:15 - and NOBODY made us aware of that. Not the booking confirmation, not the staff. The bowling set up was pretty good, however in the 2 lanes on either side of us there were kid's parties so they kept coming and taking our balls and sitting in our section even though we had virtually no room as we were a full group. The parents weren't watching their kids, so it was pretty annoying. The arcade was mediocre- there was a fun variety of games, however same issue. Parents not watching their kids and the kids were creating chaos. Couple of the kids took the basketballs from the game and were running around the entire arcade with it. Every time we waited for a game to clear up as there was 4 of us playing, they parents would push their kids in and say "we'll let the kids go first". The staff our group was definitely not pleased with. When we got in I explained I had paid for 6, however there were only 5 of us, and asked to refund the 6th person - unsure if he was a manager or the supervisor for the day but he told us "if you had called us prior to tonight" to which I told him "mate, I've been calling since Thursday, you guys don't answer your phone" to which he immediately responded with options of a refund or credit. Any time we went up to the counter there was only ever 1 person so we were easily standing around for 5-6 minutes every time.

Excellent venue for family entertainment combined with food and drinks. An ideal place for kids birthday parties with spacious games area and bowling surrounded by comfortable couches Friendly staff who help make a visit pleasant, easy and enjoyable

I booked it as a last-minute one for mothers day brunch and the group was very pleasantly surprised. We had great food and the kids had enough space to run around.

Website says they open at 12pm though they don't actually open until 3pm mid week. Booked a table for 3pm and when we arrived they said the kitchen does wouldn't open until 5pm. Do our party of 12 weren't able to eat at our function. Pretty poor
