                                                                                                First time coming to George Martin’s Grillfire and was very impressed. Service was great, we had Maya as our server. Garlic bread app was REALLY good and different from what you find at typical restaurants. My only complaint was the steak sandwich, I thought the meat would’ve been shaved, but still good. I would certainly recommend and will be back.

                                                                                                I enjoyed my experience at George Martin’s Grillfire. The food added a different flavor to meatloaf and short ribs; they were very good indeed; however the mashed potatoes could definitely use some help. They were hard with no consistency. That was a shortfall considering everyone knows that meatloaf and mashed potatoes go together. Although, the ribeye steak was good, there was no special flavor to write about it like the drunken steak at Sweetwater Tavern. Regardless, my party and I enjoyed ourselves and everyone left in good spirits and full as a tick. Oh, and I must not forget the service we received. Outstanding! Our waiter was the best. He made everything work! Definitely, a place to experience.

Considering it was Mother's Day we were seated immediately even though we were a little late for our reservation. I had the NY strip and while it was cooked to order the cut was gristly. My wife and MIL had the chicken burrata and they said theirs was done well. The only complaint was the asparagus was stringy and a little burnt. All in all it was an enjoyable meal but have had better at this restaurant in previous visits.

                                                                                                My family and I had a FANTASTIC experience for Mother's Day brunch at Grillfire. The food was delicious and came out quickly despite how busy they were. The special menu offered had wonderful selections, and the brunch menu was just as good. Our waitress (Carissa) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave good recommendations. We are planning to return for dinner another day.
