   Dan and Josh did a great job coming up with new cocktails to enjoy, as always, and this quarter's theme of "Supporting Cast Ingredients" is a great idea. It gives a fresh view on other ingredients that go into delicious cocktails and not just the spirit. Austin and the rest of the staff are always so cordial and always make you feel so welcome. The scallops, bone-in pork chop, and homemade ice cream that the kitchen prepared with the cocktails were delicious. Looking forward to next month's class.

   Gia is my husband and I’s favorite spot in town! The food, service, drinks, and atmosphere are always fabulous! We always enjoy our time here, the friendly staff, and delicious cuisine with seasonal menu changes. Thank you Gia for being such a great place to dine.

   Dan, Nino, and team pulled off another fabulous culinary experience at this year's Fine and Rare Dinner. The kitchen served a delicious 5 course meal that included tuna, scallops, filet and more, which paired so well with the champagne, wine, and spirits. Gia always goes above and beyond at their experiences as well as everyday dining. My wife and I have such great times here and we've met so many new friends. It is what keeps us coming back again and again.

   We made a reservation for 8 PM on Christmas Eve night. When we finally ordered our food at 8:15/820 pretty much the whole menu is sold out. The bartender was rude. The host was very kind. I’ve eaten at this restaurant many times and this was by far my worst experience.

   We were excited to have a 7:45 reservation for our cozy table by the door at Gia’s; however, our very nice server Chaise told us right away that they were out of all entrees except one. We ended up sharing the delicious Buratta salad and ordered the two pasta dishes. We were compensated with a free dessert, but wondered why they were not more prepared on a holiday night.

   This was my first and last time dining with Gia. Our reservation was for 4 people on Christmas Eve at 7pm. We arrived about 20 min early and was able to be immediately seated. The restaurant was only half full. Our table was in the back room and was extremely cluttered and tiny. Our server arrived quickly and was polite, knowledgeable and professional. When first seated, the server let us know they were out of 2 entrée selections and 1 app selection. At this time, we ordered wine and 2 craft cocktails which was very good. We also ordered 2 appetizers and although they arrived soon after ordering the quality of food was mediocre. It was half burnt French fries with a very bland dipping sauce and about 4 bacon wrapped asparagus that were extremely dry and chewy. While eating our apps, we placed our entrée order. The server soon came back and told us they were also out of the filet as well. This only left 2 option on the already small entrée selection. The server then suggested we all share the large charcuterie board. Not what we hoped for but decided to try it out. The server came back once again and told us they were also out of some of the charcuterie meats as well. At this point we just politely asked for our bill, tipped our server because he did his very best and decided to go elsewhere. Unfortunately with it being Christmas Eve our options were slim, but we found a local college bar and grill to grab a bite to eat. I don't typically leave bad reviews because any place can have an off night, but in this case I do feel a need to let other diners know what to expect if they reserve a table at Gia. It was very poor planning and/or budget management on their part to allow this to happen when they should of had a good head count of customers who made reservations on Christmas Eve. Highly unacceptable and not much excuse for such lack of planning.
