   Really nice place with nice ambience however the service was horrible for a place of that standard. First it took forever to get our orders after we were seated. We had to tell 2 different waiters our orders because God knows what happened to the first order. I later see the the waiter who took the first order flirting with some customers (two girls) on another table and I guess that explained it. Generally the body language of the staff didn’t seem accommodating, proactive and friendly hence I wouldn’t be coming back but yea the aesthetic and decor are nice especially for pictures.

   wide variety menu, staff go over and beyond to help you. love the feel of the restuarant. Budget to cover all purses. Our waiter Giavanni was so helpful and amusing great sense of humour.

   We had to wait 25mins for our table and then when we got seated they gave my 14 yr old son a children’s menu with colouring in on the back!!! Staff were ok but not on the ball and everything took an age. Food was quite good but not amazing and they forgot my son’s birthday. Altogether an average experience and maybe even a little disappointing

   Extremely long wait for food order to be taken and an even longer wait for food, (even though we’d turned up half an hour before a time ) Mains were ok but disappointed with cheese board and the large profiterole barely covered a quarter of the dish and was tasteless ! Very expensive drinks !

   Food was pretty tasteless , and that was when it finally arrived. We waited an hour and 7 minutes for starters, and we weren’t informed at any part until we asked how long. We weren’t the only ones who waited an awful long time either. My chicken was swimming in fat/oil … and I regret eating it, however I’d not eaten literally all day, and it was half 10 by the time the food was delivered. The chips on the other hand were great…. Mt partners ragu pasta was okay , but very little flavour. We’ve made spag bol at home nicer , genuinely. Alcohol was fine, pretty fast service for that. The restaurant was lovely, but genuinely one of, if not the worst experience of dining I’ve ever had. So yeah, that’s that I suppose.

   Good service from a gent named Perdo but apart from that, everything else was poor. The food took ages to come out and when it did, It was awful. Me and the Mrs ordered garlic bread, spaghetti beef bolognese, risotto, courgette fries and veg. Only nice food out of all of them was the garlics bread. Although, they didn’t charge us for everything on the menu because we couldn’t eat it due to the standard of the food. Again, shout out to perdo for the good service he provided. To conclude, we won’t be going there again.

   Average food, overpriced, uncomfortable atmosphere. Too many kids on dates and were treated like "poors", despite not being. Overall, expensive, average, odd. Happy birthday

    I went to Gino’s for a Valentine’s Day meal with my partner and we was over the moon with everything! From the second we walked thru the door the service was outstanding and so was the food we had a waiter called Paulo, helped us pick out the best food and drinks to suit us. Everyone was really pleasant and polite and the atmosphere was perfect. Great value for money, we will definitely be coming back to Gino’s Manchester.
