   We love GIO’s. Every trip to Myrtle Beach includes a dinner at GIO’s. Delicious food, excellent service and reasonable prices. What more could you ask for!

   Every time I visit Myrtle Beach, this is my spot for Italian food. Pasta, great, anti pasti, great, great wine menu and drinks, tiramisu great. Service is excellent, and don’t forget to ask for the fresh baked bread. Overall, best Italian restaurant in the area

   I was offended by one of the assistant waiters you said to me “ what difference does it make” when I asked him to serve my shrimp with my pasta dish as opposed to bringing it separate a few minutes later. I told him that I had the penne alla vodka a few weeks ago and it was served in the pasta not as a separate dish. Despite this he continued to argue with me and until I said can you please do as I ask . The senior or head waiter was excellent and had a 5 star performance his was a 1 star. Disappointing that the customer would be disrespected this way. We were choosing between Gio and another restaurant for dinner last year. After my experience last night I was sorry we selected Gio. I had a much better experience a month ago when I came with my neighbor.

   First time (definitely not the last) at the MB location. We have been to the PI location numerous times. Gios never disappoints! Our server was excellent. Apps and entrees we perfectly spaced and the food was amazing. We had the eggplant app and the escargot. I had the Veal picatta and my wife the broccolini and pancetta pasta. We split the tiramisu for dessert. Thank you for a great meal and dining experience.

   Sebastian was an excellent server even with the large crowd he was serving. Although the restaurant was very crowded, he was proficient and balanced very well between checking on us to see if we needed anything and leaving us to our privacy. The cocktails - High West Bourbon Smoked Manhattan and Lavender Bloom - were very tasty and expertly crafted. After bread with olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette and side salads, we chose Eggplant Parmigiana and Paglia El Fieno as our entrees. Both were delicious and large enough sized that we have some remaining for repeat performance at lunch the next day. Of course, we purposely didn’t finish it all so we could have the slab of NY Cheesecake for dessert. Overall it was a very enjoyable date night!

   Really good food and nice size portions. Our server, Lisa, was lovely. The noise level is high but hey, it’s Myrtle Beach ;). Our charcuterie app was a little disappointing with very small amounts of prosciutto and cheese, but quality ingredients throughout. We had the lobster ravioli and Renatos favorite pasta dish with shrimp, mushrooms, broccoli rabe and sun dried tomatoes. Flavorful and filling! I recommend this restaurant for groups but not for a romantic dinner.

   The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was very good. The service all around was very good, my party drinks a lot of water and they did a good job keeping up with us. My father did order a side of soup that I believe was never put into the system. All around it was a fantastic experience!

   Food was good. I got the chicken Marsala and my husband got the Bolognese. It was our wedding anniversary. We have been wanting to go there for a while.. We had great food and great service.

    This was our second visit to Gio's, and we found this visit to be another excellent choice as we had another great meal with superior service. This restaurant consistently achieves a level of excellence in the preparation and presentation of their meals and menu items. Their servers and other members of their team conduct themselves as customer service professionals. They are personable, friendly, and represent the restaurant as a quality dining experience. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to our next visit.
